I then told her to return the phone to where she bought it and get herself the RED XZP.

    Got this one about 4 days ago and tested it, overall it's worth the money! The display is incredible, battery lasts for a day with normal usage, mirror back panel which is nice but I put a cases on it for safety, but one thing doesn't satisfied me, the camera. Daylight was fantastic but lowlight just acceptable. By the way, 4.2 out of 5 and I can say good job Sony!

I mean, I don't mind having 12MP if they put it in their high-end flagships too, but I get a little bored because the SAMSUNG GALAXY S8 is using a 12MP one, HTC U11 also, I am pretty sure they are using the same sensor, but with different camera softwares. I just want some smartphone manufacturer to prove something or to show something that currently most of them wouldn't chase for, great noise reduction in a high megapixel count. Currently most smartphone manufacturers are reducing megapixel count, for the sake of reducing noise. Like HUAWEI MATE 10, my father is using a HUAWEI P10 PLUS, and both of them are somewhat identical in terms of the camera specs except the MATE 10 have AI for the camera, but from my own experience using my father's one, I can just say the camera performance is the same, maybe a little better for low-light for the MATE 10, but as u can see here, high megapixel counts, I am satisfied with the low-light too, it is impressive at such a high megapixel count. Since Sony is one of those who have been using high megapixel counts on their high-end flagships, I would like to see them continuing, NOT in the type of mistake they made these few years, but instead put in much more effort in their camera software, add both OIS and EIS instead of having only EIS, and also machine learning, then at that point of time it will be Google's competitor. Even though I am still going to buy Sony's high-end flagships anyway since I do that every year starting from the Z series, I am just hoping they can do a better job at their cameras, and before I end my talk they need to keep up with their marketing TOO, they sold their smartphones in US carriers during the Z series era, but now made it available at Amazon which is the place I buy from and I don't mind, but there are definitely some Sony users in the US, which makes to the point that selling there for those people will help in sales and can help to build up their reputation too, cheers

The UI and Lyric also improved a lot. I already describe the sound quality on my Xperia Z2, believe or not that's your problem, I couldn't become a salesman to chance your bias minded anyway, what I said is fully my real life Music experience.

                        lg has better dac than yours.
                        you feel your z2 has better audio.

Plus the treble and bass is awesome I mean it doesn't became a burden like same cheap sound lack fidelity, Xperia produce the bass and treble with not distortion the music/audio quality and it and it DSEE HX also restore the compressed music/audio quality. I also try the app like Neutron music player from my Samsung phone, it is not great because the sound distortions what I mean it is not produce true to real life audio quality, have a bad time with that. While Sony Xperia is audio skills is top notch! I love it!

VR is not great but gimmick on smartphone, either explode or depleted can't be charging the battery of a smartphone everything would become mess. 4K display with 1080 scaling techniques is a great invent.

                                    danielle, 21 Jan 2018Okay, maybe i should stop now because im also the reason ma... moreThe camera for XPERIA XZ PREMIUM is definitely lagging, as a user myself I can only say that their new sensor can take better low-light photos (But not satisfying enough, I could only say it is decent). If u compare with the best smartphone cameras out there, I don't care if they have 960fps Slow-Mo or not, because it doesn't improve image quality or anything, it is just a gimmick to show how slow their new smartphone cameras can function. For the durability part, even if a smartphone like LG V30 with certification for surviving in durability test like rocky situations etc, it is still fragile no matter what, why? It is made of glass, it isn't invincible, even sapphire glass on HTC U ULTRA 128GB variant will break even though it is more durable than normal glass

                                      I said sony will always has something in camera, audio, and screen. But it doesnt make it better than other flagship. Camera only scores 86 inDxo, audio.. Hi LG quad dac, screen.. Gimmick 4K only for photos n videos, no proper VR support, no daydream support from google.

                                      And in UI, features, design and material is definitely far behind.

For me Sony is d... moreOkay, maybe i should stop now because im also the reason making controversy here, but this things should be stop. I dont know but if someone just giving opinion by said "i have galaxy s8 and xz premium, s8 has better camera than xz premium", but then a sony fanboy comes and bashed him. Sony just behind on camera department, but they give fast updates, stable os unlike samsung bcause it has laggy ui, thats all. All sony fanboy should be like you, just admitting sony weaknesses. On galaxy s8 forums, someone said s8 has less durability and fragile and i dont see any samsung fanboy bashed them, at least theres no one talk about it after that instead giving solution or shares the same opinion.
