Both flagship phones.
The differences are s pen, edge screen, ois for Samsung and stereo for Sony.
So I think it is fair enough to compare their price

You do realise phones are not only about whats outside. Any GAYlaxy can't give you updates as fast as Sony. Neither will they last as long as a Sony phone. I had the S5 which was nothing short of garbage.

Been using this phone for 3-4 months, the battery is excellent, very smooth no overheating, everything works great.
The only downside is low light photos, just okay compared to Iphone 7 (the only other phone I can make comparison with). I use auto mode all the time, I am not very good at setting up manual mode.
The phone cheaper than samsung Note 8 and Iphone7/8, mate 10. So I guess it is no brainer to pick this one over them. Performance wise, other than low light camera, this phone will not lose to any other smartphones.

Funny thing to say for statistically most stable sof... moreBcz N8 is far better ofcourse. For most of people N8 is better, and it has many thing we cant find in other phone, S pen, DeX, bixby, wireless charging etc.
In other hand XzP is only ordinary phone, it does ordinary thing like low end phone, theres nothing this phone can do low end phone cant do. It only does better. The design is also ordinary, it has big bezel like low end phone. The material is also like low end phone, plastic.

Funny thing to say for statistically most stable software producing android OEM.
Why are then more people buying freeze infested Note8 than XZ Premium then?
I seriously doubt its because public is so careful about choosing, and is actually more influenced by agressive marketing.

Still way up prices are a demerit in its own self!

XZP is a deal breaker, only for this year, later Sonys switching to bezeless and 18:9 ratio, XZP will become redundant, mind you, already there is no resale, then what, 650$ drained!

I just got XZ premium today. Upgraded from Z5.... Amazing device... More detail soon after i use it a bit, first impressions are just amazing... Compared it to my friend's S8, and it feels like a toy next to XZ premium :D And not just impressive anymore samsung..

I am not sure if this works, I did this method before with my first Sony smartphone XPERIA SP and it worked, but for the newer ones I really don't know. Do it at your own risk ;)
