I got Xperia ZL in Feb 2014. within 3 months it required a new motherboard. Sony service kept my phone with itself for a month and gave me a refurbished replacement handset which was ZL. They said there is no way to repair an Xperia ZL and I had to accept the replacement. 3 months later the replacement also started giving same issue (Won't turn on). This time I made up my mind that they will take one month and give me a replacement. It took more than a month this time. They said replacement piece is thoroughly tested before delivery. To my surprise when I took the phone in hand I realized there is a problem with touch panel. Few keys on qwerty were not responding. A vertical band of pixels was not responding to touch. I had to submit the phone again for service. This time they are again saying it will take 20-22 days!
To me this phone cost INR 25000 but I only used it for 6 months since February 2014. For rest of the time it was in service center.
If you feel like buying sony make up your mind for such a harassment.

    So far I am satisfy with Jelly Bean 4.3 (10.4.1.B.0.101)

      Updating to the latest OS version, Lollipop for example, should be concerned by users. I read in internet, they who updated to Lollipop Android on Nexus 7 experienced many problems.

        divakar chaurasiya, 04 Dec 2014I am not satisfied to battrry it's too poorThe battery is depends on many factors. I use Xperia Z, updated to Jelly Bean 4.3, for me, the battery is good, it is OK if I should charge it twice a day.

            iamsbk, 03 Dec 2014Is there any dizziness on the display before capturing?What dizzines did you mean? I noticed the camera launch time, in Jelly Bean 4.2.2 it was slower, more than 1 second it needed the time to launch (ready to take a picture), while in Jelly Bean 4.3, it faster, less than 1 second to gets launch. The result for me is good enough.
