xperia z user, 15 Oct 2014Do not buy yet, I own xperia z, and I am happy for it, but ... moreI have also planned to buy XPERIA Z2 or Z3.... now a days it os too away from my budget...... At that time I want some cheap better budget phone for Camera.MUSIC,MOVIES better battery....so I could use it for 1 to 2 yrs until prices of XPERIA Z2 or Z3 goes down and they become more affordable.... So sugest me good phone under 200 USD so that I can Save money and would Buy XPERIA Z2 or Z3 in future....thankx

Without doubt, this is the worst phone I have ever had, at the moment the temperature is running something around 30c, it has reached 45c, my photo's are so mixed up I don't know exactly what the dates of my pics are, example, two pics, taken at a restaurant table of a beautiful meal, now showing with a pic I took appox 20min. later, but it's showing in between the 2 pics of my meal while I sat at the restaurant table,this is not the only photo's that are wrongly dated. I hate having to "open " slide the "shutter" to view the screen, I actually had an instant when the clock, centre screen was showing 15.00, & the time at the top of screen was showing 14.52 !!! I regret not getting a pic of that moment. Lately when I'm clearing web sites the phone freezes & shuts down. This takes great photo's, but as phone, forget it, buy a Nokia 63i, it may not have all the tech on board, but it's a far better phone, stay away from the Sony Xperia, they should have stuck to making film's.

I've been using XP Z since last month and I am quite happy with it.
Bad Sides:
(1) Viewing angles are not that good....I am very dishearten with this issue :(
(2) The camera quality is not that "Great" which Sony is claiming in their commercials :) but it's not a big issue, I'll give the camera performance 7 outta 10.
(3) Battery drains fast....the common problems in mobile phones now a days. You may use the STAMINA mode to get a little bit higher backup of battery.
(4) The loudspeaker is very VERY FEEBLE....you have to put the phone near your ear if u wanna listen to the loudspeaker clearly, the baddest thing in Xperia Z.
(5) Quite a big phone, fails in pocket test :(
Good Points:
1. Great display with great ppi, 441 :)
2. Display can be easily viewed under bright sunlight.
3. Bravia engine 2 gives amazing blend of color while you watch the video and images.
4. Quad core 1.5 Ghz cpu gives performance way better than Chinese Octa Core CPUs :)
5. No lagging in interfaces as the RAM is 2.0 GB
6. Upgradable to Kitkat 4.4.4, OFFICIALLY !
7. Kitkat 4.4.4 will give you more durability in Battery.
8. You can record full HD video with HDR mode :) that's truly an amazing feature.
9. IP 57 certified Dust and Water Proof mobile phone.....you can go swimming, showering....walk through the rain without thinking damaging your phone :)
10. Lightweight :)
The bottom line is, It's upto you :) I am happy even after having some drawbacks :) It is a phone with bold attitude and I'm simply loving it. I do recommend to download and install all the updates available and you'll enjoy the Z experience.

i bought it for almost a month now, it is very good and has no proplems so far. i advice every one to have it.the photoes are remarkable and it is quit practical considering size , weight , and function.
