By directly downloading the update on your phone, it will not get installed. The customer care told me this, rather the phone mighrvcrash because of the big size of the download. Thanks

AnonD-311289, 23 Sep 2014I tried to update to the new version 4.4.4 but every time t... moreit happened when u are using unkown network...for example ur device marked as Tmobile or others and you are away frome registered network so one file missed. after complete update you will be able to fix this issue...don't worry and wait for official final update

I tried to update to the new version 4.4.4 but every time there's the message 'Could not update new software version. Please try again. ' what should I do? I really want to update my phone.. :(

Many people are saying that Xperia Z will not get Android L. HTC one (M7) is getting it then why not Xperia Z because both phone released almost in the same time???

I am... morehello its correct i got one .i think best sony phone yet + dont planing to change it in next 1-2 years .I got it for 1 year now . The kit kat update is performing about 98% correctly, like its have to work on high devices.The telephone never freezd yet, kit kat slowed only in chrome on websites where many gifs are used in same time ,in one page (>10 pics) .in other cases its 100 % speed .

the 4.4.4 improved a lot the charging and the battery performance.
i think it also running smoothly.

i have XPZ and i do have problem with this My Rear cAmerA has some moisture on it.due to its protector was not completely covered my unit? did any one can help me with this? what the best way to fix it?
