I have trouble with inserting SIM card. Card is in the phone, but the message shows "No SIM card inserted". The card works fine on other phone. I tried re-inserting multiple times, but every time it is the same. Does anyone know what to do?

i bought xperia z last month(my previous devices are xperia T,V,SP,SL,nexus 4,htc one s)
i used all these models in stock as well as aosp roms.so here are my findings
1.best display among all(may be tie with xperia v)
2.performance is smooth upto official 4.3.(slight lag in 4.4).smooth in aosp 4.4.4 roms(nowhere near nexus4)
3. 13mp camera is good(but i'm slightly disappointed because no major deal over xperia t or v)
4.im not experiancing any battery drain(100% satisfied with battery but nowhere near nexus4)
5.touch response is the best among all my previous xperias.but i think nexus4 is slightly better
6.no heating issues(it heats up like any other android devices nothing unusual)
7.installing aosp rom leads to disabling of bravia engine.at that situation the display is really natural.no oversaturated colors or etc

I have a query guys...I've installed Apps to SD on my device...but, still I am not able to transfer any downloaded apps to SD Card...Can anyone tell me how to transfer apps to SD, please..?

The great performance is one of the best reasons to get Xperia Z, the speed and smoothness is impressive.

updated 4.4.2,reset phone,no lag at all,but battery drain is still fast,then i shut down phone and full charge,then no more battery drain issue,performance same as 4.3

satyam, 26 Jul 2014Available... Byt don't update.. It drains battery very fast... moredid you tried to disable google services app after update? or after update when phone is still empty - factory reset, and use what apps are using the most battery :) also disable gps location recognition

Xperia z have best camera but it hasn't 13 mp it has only 12mp and less resolution
