Hi! People. Does somebody knows how to remove the update notification on the note area? I do not want to do it, i prefer leave it like it is, but the update note makes me angry...

My XZ is too slow and apps automatically reopen when i minimize any apps.
Flash $ camera also make me angry.
Finally i know XZ is king of problem.

here in egypt no kitkat update i do not care about it since negative opinions told by manu users -life with jelly bean is good -no need to have troubles called kitkat

For people who have problems with Kitkat ... i still didnt receive it but i have a couple of words i wanna say to u and for all people who still dont have the update :
When 4.3 released i was waiting for the update and reading feedback from ppl ... and u can imagine that i saw the same sh*t like u see now ... people crying and saying i hate sony and i will go back for 4.2.2 and phone battery drain too fast and phone lag and bla bla bla .. but after i updated my phone i didnt see anything wrong with me and phone working smooth and battery is good ... so dont trust anyone saying anything here and if the update is F sh*t so why sony released it

From Australia....
I have put the new update on my Xperia Z and for those of you getting excited for it I would hold off installing it because my phone since the update is horrible. It uses up my data resulting in excessive data/phone bills, my phone is lagging and extremely slow and there is severe battery drain and that's just the start of my problems with it. I have tried all the "fix it" things suggested on most sites that acknowledge the problem. Sony claims that the problem is with Google Play but I have done all the recommended changes on my phone and still have the same problems I have to keep my phone off to prevent excess charges to my phone. I'm extremely disappointed and have put up with this for 2+ weeks I'm now at the point of buying a new phone as I can't use this one properly if I do it won't be a Sony. Sony really need to fix this ASAP!!! DON'T INSTALL THE UPDATE!!!!

i just updated my android os to kitkat 4.4.2. i notice 1st is that my phone is a little bit laggy compare to jelly bean 4.3. and 2nd my battery drains faster compare to jelly bean also. 😑
