You must know that~
Even the 3Pin charger is also the same...
Because the top pin is actually PVC leg~
Charger is using small electric so it doesn't need earth pin...=]

if no go, do a factory reset...
if still no go,flash it with stock or whatever rom you are using.

It may be a grey market device, then you may never get any updates as those devices are not officially supported by Sony.

I bought it one week ago, with delicious price cut considering it's one years old model already. However, 4.3 update is not available, both OTA and PC Companion. Damn.. it.. all...

The phone is good problem the camera stops working, i mean the rear camera. Thats a common problem. cant fix it. SAony must do something about this.

I rather ask him first what OS version is he on and the size of his card, if still on 4.1.2 then that is the problem, upgrade in PCC to latest available firmware.
The first 4.1.2 firmware for Z supported only up to 32GB cards, the second 4.1.2 firmware supports 128GB cards (or 256 or 512GB through the use of a MicroSD to SD adapter, Sony only said "support for 64GB and above" since the only way to test it at the time was to use regular SD cards with 128GB+ capacity and an adapter, there were not yet any 128GB microSD cards available)
