I wouldn't recommend the V unless your on a budget, because that is already two generations old,

Hi dudes, am using Xperia Z since a week. Now my phone is dead due to sink.
I recommend not to buy this phone anymore.
Firstly the display is crap when compared to super amoled of samsung.
And the next fact this crap is not real water-proof.
It took inside water two times( yeah the flips were covered well). Sony is not giving a product of value for our money.

Whats wrong with TFT? I bet ur eyes cant even discern if a "display" is an lcd, led, oled, amoled whatsoever, JUST BY LOOKING ON A SCREEN, i mean, not yet attached to any chassis or any brand at all. Get a life dude, try to make your way out of the so called marketing gimmicks.

hello all,i have purchased this phone on 27july2013 and on 11th of november it got minute hairline crack on its display.and when i went to the service centre they replied u have to bear the 50% of the phone i.e i have to give 17490 again to get handset replaced.
guys this set is not reparable in any case they will only replace it with their terms and condition.i have wasted my 35000 in such a crap.and also when u see all the support forum of sony u will get this issue.i am not the single person suffering from this.
self cracking display is the major issue in this handset and sony has to cover it up in warranty.

TFT Display is more NATURAL and NOT Over-Saturated~
The only bad side is the viewing angle, which doesn't affect most of the people...
Why need Gorilla Glass?
SONY Xperia Z uses DragonTrail Glass which is stronger~
