Change the settings
If it didn't work, then reset apps setting
Sometimes android do this for backup nor optimization
Also check apps that you installed

Not sure about C series, but
1. Change it if it has warranty
2. Change your sim card
3. Reset your device to factory default
4. Remove SD card to see if problem solve or not.
As you explained, I think you have some problem with sockets and they cause your device failure.
Check them one by one to find the problem.
But using warranty to change the device is best and shortest way

I own this phone I bought it on goods.ph it was 2yrs ago I always use this in pictures selfies and videos it is a multitasking phone that can match the Iphones nowadays it is very useful for me because I love to travel. The cam so clear that can see the far sights that I've been.

Don't forget Z Was the flagship in 2013.
816 was a midranger in 2014.820/826 newer devices.
I recommend 826 or buy Z
