My Mom Had This Phone, It Was a Good Phone Until It Had A Sudden Death Issue, It Got Fix, But Then, It Died After 11 Months, We Cried And Payed 1000 Dollars For The IPhone 6 At The Nearby Phone Store In Santa Ana, Then My Family Then Turned To Love Apple, My Family Did Not Trust Sony Anymore, I Am A Samsung Galaxy User Now, But I Will Never Forget When This Happened, So Tip, Be Aware Of The Sudden Death On Some Of The Phones, Because Then It Will Kill It.

Wonderful phone if you are still in jelly bean of the kitkat but don't ever update it to lollipop it's terrible at lollipop i am using this device since 2014 and my advice not to buy any un removable battries phones or get a battery st least 3000 mah

I purchased a Sony Xperia C4 on 25.07.2015 from Reliance retail. From day one i am facing some issue or the other on the handset.
i gave a complaint on 07th August'15 my ref no: 1-20527611295 - problem was my screen went black and was not able to use any application. This problem i face within a week. The solution given by your technical support is the software has to be updated. For a week old do you think the software has to be updated ? Your technical people think customers are fool and will believe whatever they say, i did not have enough patience so i disconnected the call.
again i faced the same problem i complained on 18th August'15 my ref No; 1-20754021663. and this time your technical people said that i need to use this phone only on safe mode. Again i am being fooled by your support people. i did not budge by their request. After paying 30,000/- should i use the phone only on safe mode. Pls advise.
since yesterday my touch screen not working properly and my back keys keep moving automatically and eratically. Dont you think there is a serious problem on this particular device.

Plus the WIFI and mobile data are somehow messed up. It takes forever to connect now! No change in the battery life I think. But the phone got a lot smoother and faster.

open the camera then go to the left side of display u will see another option of camera icon with round arrow then click u will get the front camera
