It says micro sim but can I use the normal size sim?

No provblem with voice or sound of Xperia Z at all, but for ur problem here is some suggestions:
1.buy a xperia ZL and attach a car battery with it, problem solved.
2.buy a xperia Z and attach a Home theatre with it, Problem Solved.

I own a Z for 6 months now. I thought I'd share something.
It happened about 2 months after I bought mine.
I was charging the phone on a charging dock and I noticed the LED indicator just went off. I checked to see that the battery was only about 88% so I thought maybe something went wrong with the dock. I tried to charge it again and LED went off again after a few minutes so I tried to charge directly using USB and still got the same result. I got really mad and had to plug/unplug the cord again and again, mount it on the charging dock/umount from charging dock, and thinking to myself "go ahead and blow up you piece of crap". Then I picked the phone, threw it on the floor, picked it up, threw it on the floor again, picked again, and threw it once more on the wall. I was glad to see that the phone still works so I just decided to just charge it again when battery went low.
Guess what happened the next time I charged... it was now charging normally, up to 100% in about 2 and a half hours more or less. I was really happy nothing bad went wrong with the phone system after what I did.
My phone got at least a few dents on the side frame but NO scratches nor cracks either on screen or the glassback. I am thankful to Sony for using really durable items for this phone. And so I thought:
"Scratch-proof, Dust/Water-resistant, Durable, Good specs, Good camera, I don't give a damn about viewing angle. SXZ is worth the buy.
Only problem for me now is... the speaker being not that loud.

Hi Guys,
I have bought Xperia Z 5 months back. and accidentally table fell on backside of my phone, backpanel and front left top corner touchscreen got crack and rest everything is working fine. Only top half of touch screen is not working..
And I took it to service center and after 30 min of diagnosis they came back with phone and they said this model is not repairable so it may cost nearly 30k to replace the whole handset..
Only for backpanel and touch screen why we have to pay 30k, does it make any sense..
Really frustrated with Sony service.......
Please someone guide on this.......

video calls are not supportin only Skype, that's really sad. plz try get a software update to our Z for video call. It is very important to every one or 90% of the users i know.
