XDwell he is and he knows it :D , i want to ask u about ur battery performance after the update coz when i first updated battery life improved a lot but now it's getting back to usual , i charge it to 100 wake up next day it's 90 ..
any ideas ? and i tried this trickle charge of battery doctor seems it messed the battery up

My 4 month old Xperia Z developed a crack across the screen, rendering it useless. screen seized up. Called the shop who sold it to me fones4u, and got told, not under warranty. Called up sony and was told to send it in to their workshop, at my cost, and their team will tell me if its a manufacturing fault or not. They will quote me, if i dont agree to the quote i must pay them 14.40 to return MY 500 quid phone to me!
Since found out that this has happened to hundreds if not thousands of other z's. google it!
Been quoted 175 to replace the screen at my cost. these cracks are appearing, in my opinion, due to the battery pack overheating. This is a fault.
DO NOT BUY ONE!

The Xperia S was and is a good phone for its time as was the Xperia T but seriously, the XZ is a world apart in its totality. Dude, I think you either need to stop trolling or stop smoking that crack! Almost fell out of my chair when I read your comment....Lol

If you have updated your Phone into 10.3.1.A.0.244, you can try use "Hangouts" App to make a Video Call. Try it now!!

I just bought XZ, I found the screen width is smaller than Samsung Galaxy Grand, quite disapointed. hope Sony will come up with bigger screen such 5.2'-5.5' handphone or may be just name it as xperia advande..

10.3.1.A.0.244 firmware update is simply a patch update of android 4.2.2.
1. More smooth Boot animation. 2. Efficient RAM management. 3. Home launcher is more smooth, No lags here. 4. Update Center has got a new UI. 5. Album app taking a bit time to load pics ( even from UHS Class 10 card ). 6. 3G Signal strength improved. 7. Touch response is improved a lot. 8. Sleep and Wake is a bit faster now. 9. Camera Image quality in dark improved. 10. Changes in car mode app. 11. High resolution image is captured in normal mode with HDR off.

updated mine straight from the phone
without connecting it to the pc
it took only lessthan 5minutes. the battery life is stable now
can last for two days with full charge.

Got so fed up of the Xperia S that I got rid of it and have (so far) had no problem with the Z.
