I'm using this Xperia Z for 3weeks now. Its a great phone.. Awesome design, nice sharp screen and natural colors.. excellent speed and the device is very light comfortable to hold.. i think the downside is the small speakers i think because its water proof.. also the heating problem of the phone its not really a problem because all smartphones today gets heated up especially when playing HD games.. all in all great phone

with 2gb ram, s4 pro chipset, it get lag LoL, yesterday i saw my friend(he use xperia z) , he open the "ant smace(games which hit the ant) and the phone hang for atleast 2minutes ... it sell RM 2300+- in my country, in this price i can buy a better phone like htc one, s4( and also optimus g and g pro, but this two not available in malaysia)

I want to buy a smartphone..i can afford till 25k. sum1 plz suggest which 1 shud i go for? EXperia, S3, lumia 920 or mere micromaz canvas 2 wud work. plz help..m nt so tech savvy

This phone is amazing, I've had it for more than a few weeks now, the display is beautiful and crisp. the camera is perfect, a note about the waterproof rating, if you submerge the phone under water the speaker will cease to work until dried (hairdryer or a game that heats the phone up works) the sound quality is beautiful on headphones/AUX port. The screen is responsive, have no scratches so far, it responds to many apps at once and multitasking, with the 2GB of ram and quad core proccessor it's a breeze. And battery life is good without stamina mode its an easy 20 hours on one charge (unless you have retarded wakelocks) with stamina mode achieving 2 days on one charge ended 49 hours with 3%. Using Deepsleep battery saver pro and antutu cpu control its an easy 4 days battery life, or one day with heavy use. Seeing as the average user doesn't know about wakelocks they'll probably average 10 hours.
Running Custom kernel (DoomKernel) and undervolting achieves 5 days no use and 2 of heavy...
I'm running custom rom custom kernel custom recovery and no issues so far.

Display quality sucks, it says waterproof but I just did a small test now the speaker isn't working.... Wast of money

I have to say it Sony did a good job with the Xperia Z even if it's doesn't Wow me but the build quality and the design seem to win my attention. Although the real beat upcoming from Sony just show up with the following name Sony Honami i1 a real beast.
Here, I'm interested to see who will win between the Honami, the Galaxy Note 3 and the Moto X phone.

The LED light shows different colour lights for different notifications but won't work in stamina mode for obvious reasons. Turn off stamina mode and Boom.....you've got LED notification!

yuh go on apps, all, eco mode controller, clear cache, force stop and restart it will again show 4 days and few hours...
do not know is it the problem in our phone or what?

Hi guys - on the battery stamina mode am confused. As everytime i reset my phone it works but after a few days it stops working, Can anyone tell me - is it a issue with the phone or is it a case where the phone understands your usage patterns & then gives you a more accurate standby time as per your usage. On a full charge my standby shows up as 4 days at 100% battery. But in a few days this reduces to 20 Hrs on a 100% battery. Dont know if this is normal or should i repaid my phone
