After updating my Z to build #434, battery is draining very soon. earlier it was fine in build # 350. Does any one faced this problem?

Hi All,
I have purchased a White Xperia Z about 3 weeks back and I must say, its pretty good. I will list the Pro's and Con's as per me.
Pro's
1. Excellent phone build. Feels sturdy and strong. No sounds of creaking etc.
2. Awesome screen. I compared it to my Dad's S III, and this screen beats it hands down. Colors are much more real and crisp.
3. Throw the heaviest app at it and it still does not lag.
4. Awesome camera. In auto mode, it over corrects sometimes to make the photo look a bit fake, but it can be adjusted.
5. Love the Google App, where it shows me traffic patterns and latest scores of my fav football teams by remembering my search history.
6. Truly water proof. I have thrown everything at it and thrown it in everything. Still standing.
Con's
1. Battery life!!! Weak. Barely lasts 1 day, with screen brightness at the lowest possible setting, 3G data on, and data sync every 15-30 mins. Using WatsApp and phone for about 3 hours only.
2. Heating up!!, phone heats up when playing heavy games or using phone for long time.
3. For a flagship model, It should have had a document editor.
4. Speaker sound is low. Could have been much better.
5. The HOME, BACK and TASK MANAGER button should have been solid buttons. Its placed below the keyboard and often I end up pressing the keys by mistake.
That's all I can think of at the moment. If anyone has any queries or doubts, ping me. :)

I am fan of Sony coz it having faster performence.
To compare for screen clarity Sammy having high clarity than Sony.

What I heard from Sammy users supporting about AMOLED is just by changing the setting to make it look more natural...
If a display need to be set by users to make it look more natural~
Obviously the display failed...
Please compare both with default settings~
SONY Xperia Z still look more natural than S4...

What we human see in S4 is just dark and only dark~

lol its funny seeing all these sony fanboys who probably hasnt owned a sony z peria z yet, saying S4 amoled screen is bad. Amoled screen is a WOW factor thats why images looks alot better than real life... but hey if you want natural colours, you can change the screen settings to Adobe RGB mode which is the most accurate colours to real life.
So S4 has the best of both worlds, Spectacular colours to natural colours... and what does XZ has to offer?
Not many sony trolls knows this, but the bravia engine only works with stock gallery and video gallery... so yes what you see on games and web browsing, the colour would be washed out and not as good since the bravia engine will not work on it.

mughal01, 14 Apr 2013Just one drawback No comparison of bravia2 with amoled....... morexperia z screen is even better than galaxy s4,amoled shows over saturated colours and xperia z shows natural colours as they look.the only advantage that amoled have is viewing angles,but thats not a big deal xperia z also having good viewing angles.

Samsung fanboys, you SUPER AMOLED screen is no better than the TFT LCD on the Xperia Z.
LCD-Natural colors but with weak viewing angles.But Viewing angles is not that bad.LCD is birghter with better sunlight legibility.
Super Amoled-OVER SATURATED, UNNATURAL,LIVELY COLORS.Wide viewing angles.With greenish tints on colors (especially in white).Not so-bright display.
Its your choice!

I agree that some of you guys mention about the screen
resolution is not as good as Samsung phone. I own S3 LTE and Xperia Z. As compare of phone speed and bulid quality, I still prefer Sony Xperia Z.I have used the phone for a month, never uncounter any phone hang or lax.The most amazing is Sony really outstand other brand by having water & dust resistant in such a slim
and solid bulid phone. I am a happy user

albanian , 14 Apr 2013Can anyone explain me what means the "multi touch, up ... moreit means the screen can recognize 10 fingers in the same time,usually other phones screens recognize only 4 fingers in the same time.
for me it is only marketing gimmick,because it is unpractical.

Just one drawback
No comparison of bravia2 with amoled.........Samsung phones better than Sony.......
I am using XZ and SGS3.......but believe me.......Samsung screen much better than XZ

Sony should have used 1.7 ghz processor instead of 1.5.
When I checked phone in two stores here in India, I found the display less bright than my Xperia Pro even at full brightness. Has anybody compared it with earlier Xperias brightness with Z. Otherwise it is very good.
If sony gives Media Dock free (presently a case and Headphone is given free here), I am going to purchase this.
