Z has plenty of performance, camera is among the best on a phone no matter how you look at it. Z has no serious weaknesses, S4 does not humiliate it in any way.
Implying that Z is not functional makes me wonder about your functionality. Like we need TripAdvisor integration? Useless bloat, wtf?

And if they really did they usually forgot to charge it, because they need to remove the other battery to charge the spare in the phone. They would need a desktop charger for the battery, why dont they attack samsung and say "What, no desktop charger for spare battery in the box?? Bye sammy!!"
A portable powerbank is much easier to charge, and no harder to carry than a spare battery, and it provides continuous operation, no need to shut down phone to change battery. But again, it does not matter since most people who whine about removeable battery dont have a spare anyway.

Xperia Z only won against SGS4 in terms of design and build quality but lost the rest of the game. Phones designed to be functional and not a fashion accessory like the iphone.

Before buying this phone, look at the official sony forum. It is facing some serious bugs and issues
1. Sudden Sleep of Death
2. Wifi Signal Drops
3. Low Loudspeaker volume

rising ^_^This is people power, the reviewers are staring themselves blind on One and S4 with slightliy higher performance, made of soda can material and plastic, oversaturated colors, loads of useless features and fancy beats and booms and UltraTurd-pixels.
As someone here said, you can put makeup on a pig but its still a pig, its good to know that the majority of people can see through the useless gimmicks.
Well done Sony, the Z may lose many battles but it won the war.

I really love this Sony z...I like picture and video quality ...display is best ..and battery life is better then other full HD phone .....so its good

Sony Xperia Z is dust and water resistant and shatter proof and scratch-resistant. So who cares about Iphones??? Sony Xperia Z is much more better.

After all those year, sammy got beat.finally! Sony has come back to #1.
