AnonD-129221, 28 Mar 2013thx, i'll go for a 64 GB card then :)Yeah its a waste to go for anything smaller. And make sure its fast enough to capture full HD video, Sandisk Ultra is a safe bet in that regard. And stay away from Ebay, too many fake.

Updated to 434 now, and no problems. I guess the person who said he lost all his data was trolling.

The bad thing about updating is that i had to reboot my phone, destroyed my uptime stats. Contrary to what the eccentric people say (Lumia owners) Android does not crash or hang or anything, i guess they are talking about HTC. All my Xperia phones has been perfectly stable and never needed reboots.

on gsmarena, they say it supports 64GB external memory. on sony's website, they say 32 GB. Has anyone tried to insert 64? Please? Anybody?

hello everybody! i am the owner of the new xperia z, but i have to say that my previous phone was xperia s, and i choosed s for the quality of the camera and for the led screen. best combination ever!
the new z has a bit better camera and some extra features compared to s but the screen is really lame! they downgrated fron led to tft and it is b.....it! but i live in uk and the waterproof thing works great, i have tested it!

ANd i also used the front cam a little, its good outdoors but of course the low megapixel count is obvious. Still better than many other phones main camera, easily beats for example the 8mpix of the HTC Butterfly.

And funny thing about Superior Auto, kinda impressive also, point the cam to a baby or small child, and it will immediately display the text "Infant".

btw, about the camera. Summer vacation has now started here, i been more out in daytime and we also been to resort for swimming and so on, and i took some photos of course. Amazing results, the cam is really great in good light conditions, i never before had comments on the quality of my photos in Facebook before but now suddenly i had many. The colors are extremely good, and the details in shaded areas is great, plus i didnt even know it was possible for a camphone to do so well on strongly baklit objects, in this area Z is miles and miles ahead of Lumia 920, and it also beats the Note 2 with a good margin, and it does so with no noise in the photos. Strong backlight can make some photos appear as too dark but all in all its the best i seen from a phone.

Careful when using superior auto indoors, when it finds someones face it will frame it and the text displayed will be Softtone or something, and then it mean it will make the photo really soft, too soft for some peoples taste. Makes people look like they have pretty perfect skin though, no wonder the girls think they look more beautiful in my phone.

Im very satisfied with the camera, its not the best under all conditions but on average it is great, and it produces far less failed shots than for example Note 2 did, so far i cant say i had any totally failed shots at all. The speed of the camera is also something that makes it a pleasure to use, very worryfree and reliable.

Everything I have asked of this phone it has done it in microseconds, every app installed immediately and worked perfectly, I have been on Wi-Fi for over 8 hours and still had more than 45% battery remaining. Copying music across from PC hard disk to phone by wifi did so at 79mbps, or nearly 8 megabytes per second. Screen is so clear and sharp, camera pictures the same.

Only thing yet to try is RDC with Windows 7 ultimate, not expecting anything other than good results, will post back when final opinion is formed 10/10 so far

SAM witwicky, 28 Mar 2013anon, i'm not trolling u, ACTUALLY u are trolling on yourse... moreCopy samsungs power button??? Wow, you are something huh, and i dont mean that in a good way whatsoever.

The power button on samsung are the worst, by far, so soft and terrible press and plastic, accidential reboot cant be avoided. Thankfully the Z has a cute little button that feels and looks like quality all the way, and just like all other phones that was made by engineers and not monkeys thee is a key combination for forced reboot. The 10 second powerbutton press on samsung is what should worry you, coz Z has nothing to worry about in this department.

Dont worry, noone will ever steal samsungs powerbutton, and the placement is hardly anything to file a patent about is it? '

Wow so much i disliked the Note 2 powerbutton, but i doubt they made it feel so cheap and weak on purpose, unlike what you most likely will claim? It even moves around sideways, in all directions, seriously man, it sux so much.
