Upgrade from iPhone 4S to the Z. Totally amazing phone. Screen quality is super sharp, battery life is shocking good (2 whole days(, and in summary... a must have!!

It depends on the country as well, but in general there are rules for how many dead or stuck pixels the customer can be forced to accept, and it also depends on where on the display they are. Display manufacturers should have been forced to manufacture only perfect displays but the system puts the problems unto the innocent paying customer.
Often the store will be the one to give you a new, no need to mess with official warranty and whatever, but again, depends on the country.

It has notification light but if you switch the phone to stamina mode it does not work. Turn off stamina mode and the notification light works fine and is multi coloured. I have never had a problem with my Xperia Z and do not know anyone who has! People do please stop trolling as I believe Samsung and HTC have their own pages. Goodbye....

Today visited a major outlet and compared the display of my Xperia s and Xperia z... Was disappointed by the display of Xperia z... We played the same video on both.:/ 1920x1080 resolution... The Xperia z display looked washed out and viewing angles are the worst... I thought my Xperia s was bad but now it's a charm... The Xperia s display looked much much better... Those who want can compare... I personally want gsmarena and xperiablog to make a video comparing the display of Xperia s and Xperia S....

Sony mobiles looks better with Sony Ericsson logo.....
I think "clear bass " technology should more christal clear...
I have Xperia u,neo l, SL..
it's excellent....it would be better with, WALKMAN switch....

HTC has always sold phones with manufacturing defects, maybe you should worry about them instead? And what about the motherboard problems of galaxy S3 and Note 2, doesn't that worry you? Those could not be repaired by a hard reset or reflash.

i can give a suggestion to Sony
Stop making Xperia Z , test the device again , test its hardware and software ..and relaunch the device , and the people already bought xperia z , get a replacement of device with New one from Sony Outlet
Sony`s Competitors (Samsung , HTC ) are very strong !

Z is truly a masterpiece, it's has no disadvantages that I can find. The camera is a bit soft for my taste but my female friends love it, they say the look more pretty in photos taken with Z. We had a party last night and I dint know how many hundred photos they took with my Z, doesn't really matter since the battery is so good, 3G data always on and display on a good brightness, no need to change settings to save battery here.
