Just got my xperia z yesterday n those reviewer who say the the viewing angle sucks n it is made from plastic I m reli sorry to tell u that it is pure tempered glass n good viewing angle tft or not it look exactly like amoled I got a note 2 but I prefer this after experiencing samsung my whole family bought sony products I trust sony the most

Can anyone plz tell me how to update xperia sola to ICS cuz I have checked alot on the phones update center and also via pc companion it says that ur device is up to date while I have android 2.3.7 and build number is 6.0.B.3.184. Plz help and aslo tell whether the ICS update is good or not? Does it consumes more ram or slows the phone down? Or is smoother then Gingerbread? Thnx

If you have heating probs put it in water it will cool down i already tried that its effective

I've got the phone on Thursday and after setting it up discovered that the back overheats in a short period of time and the battery drains in no time. The LTE is working very poorly. Excellent design and quality of the display, but this problems made me return it immediately.

Water proof and dust proof.
Bad Points
Overheats
Poor battery life
Software problems (freezes up)
Camera is very poor quality (tried all different settings but still not good)
Display a bit greyish at certain angles.
Fussy when playing music files and movie files (all I keep seeing is content cannot be played)
I am selling it and going back to my Samsung Note 2.
Would advise anyone to wait and see the Samsung S4 first.

got my phone!!! rather than moa I go to robinson manila and its much cheaper all I can say is satisfactory is high. fast fluid as butter, my wife thinks it is as fast as iphone 4s. the screen, it is not washed out but screen wallpaper is the culprit so that why it is grayish and ui of software. viewing angle didnt mind much. sound for loudspeaker not strong, for headphone superb. black if it is in the packagng you cnt diferentiate but when you remove al the packaging. beautiful and elegant!!! batery uhm need test.

no not at all...may be a little but not more than the usual... keep in mind it is packing a gaint battrey!!!
i have this phone.. and it sure doesnt oveerheat!!

got dis phone a week back...
its awesome...no issues whatsoever!!!
in india it comes with free headphones and leather pouch. screen gaurd is in the box also!!
batrey though is not brilliant , but hey with the specs like these you just cant hold it against it!!
to be fair it comletes whole day and on light usage it will stand for more than two days...
camera has a 1 sec startup lag.
screne is awesome..
phone start up time and shutdown time is very less.
cam is good..but flash is not that strong!!but the cam reads night pics very well irespective of flash!!
Did i meantion awesomest music quality!!!

I have used my Xperia Z for a week. First of all, the screen is just amazing. The viewing angles is not a problem for me. It's super bright and sharp and with Mobile BRAVIA Engine 2 and OptiContrast panel, I can enjoy my images and videos with vividly colourful viewing experience. I feel like I am there! Next, the 13mp camera is great with Superior auto and HDR for both photos and videos. Clear and vivid images. Next, the Snapdragon S4 Pro 1.5 GHZ Quad core processor is lightning fast and with 2GB of ram, I don't experience any lags. The sound quality is not bad too. Sound is loud and clear with ClearAudio+. When listening the music using the headset, I can enjoy clear music with deep bass. Overall, I would say that this is the BEST SMARTPHONE EVER..
