Is there any heating problem and any auto closing of apps due to heating

It's been 3 months since I got this phone and I can say this is one of the best phone out there in market and worth every single penny.
When it comes to performance it's superb, and it's heat up a little bit after 2 to 3 hours playing dead trigger 2 and decreasing the battery about 30 to 35% only with 50% screen brightness.
The vessel is gorgeous and the Ui is simple but very elegant looking and users friendly.
The camera is quality is great but I encountered once the camera is stop responding but after I restarted the phone its start working again.
Overall this phone is worth the pricetag and planning to upgrade to z3 when it's out.

What should I do if my phone have virus? Because my browser and Facebook stocking and not responding. It will need to reopen to work it properly. And it's overheating when I'm just browsing. I'm thinking to Factory reset it? It will solve my problem? Please give me an advice. Thanks in advance!

Dont expect too much from the review...they will praise the battery, trash about the camera as usually, and probably trash about the screen that sony made look like samoled, but you can adapt it to look more natural like on z2, which you cant on a samoled...
Its funny how tbose amoleds are always praised, but when someone makes an lcd look like it, its not good...

like sony smartphone 2013 and 2014 because it smooth like iPhone ui
The camera is superior 20.7 mgp
3 gb ram same like note 3
Simple ui and nice looking
And durability is ohsem
Battery life is even better
Screen viewing angle are settle
Its waterproof and dust tight wht else u want??
Dont satisfied
Who cares wht people trooling bad about sony

I live in Mauritius & have my Xperia Z1 for about a year. The only issue is that it still running on android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean.I have not yet got any kitkat update. It that normal

shiju, 22 Sep 2014my phone is z1 but not supportted to ntfs 16 gb memmory card why?Android doesn't support ntfs. Only fat 32 or ex fat if you want to download files greater than 4 gb.

Ok now the problems are getting worse..the new update which has been recently released by sony is really buggy...the overheating is bearable but the screen flickering has gone from bad to worse others include the camera app crashes and freezes .. Gpe doesnt work and the phone slows down ..baterry is a issue too ...i am so unhappy i cant even sell this phone .

Amazing smartphone :
Today i played Asphault 7 and at the same time was talking with my wife for about an hour and i had no lag at all. Everything about xperia Z1 is just superb. I bought it about 2 weeks ago and i had no issues till now.

Reception is good, but software and battery not that good. Why not z2?
