Why sony didn't release 4k video recording camera app for sony xperia z 1. pl sony update sony xperia z1 camera to 4k and time shift video recording.

Sony must come to the rescue of z1 users to address the three common problems faced by most users on this forum:
1. Excessive heating problem. After about 15 minutes use
the phone becomes unbearable to hold or put to the ear.
2. The battery life is really very poor considering 3000mah battery.
3. The camera lag is very annoying. You hit the camera button and a black screen greets you and stays for about couple of seconds or so. You are definitely bound to miss your shot wìth such a slow camera.
If anyone at Sony is reading this, please help and resolve these issues with firmware updates.

Xperiaz1 is good We know every phone has a bad side.xperia z1 fm and update and battery etc problems.Its not a big problem Look 1st FM.. you install a fm aps again google play.2nd BATTERY...in your phone have power ma

i wonder why all this complains in this site only u can see other sites for example
really i`m satisfied with my z1 device its very smooth and fast, very good build quality, very good camera and video recording , battery last with me along the day with extensive use (but using battery guru app),very good and sensitive touch screen>>>
i dont faced any prob even after kitkat update (making factory reset after update complete)
the only issue for me with this device its bit low video and audio sound and its poor viewed angles washed out screen but every thing else is ok

i think this is a very good device

Does anyone have a issue with the front camera when I focus it in to the light there is some crack lines coming from the side

My z1 battery not performing as before. And even fm radio app not working.
Shows java null error like messages even on standby.
What can be done. Any help please.
It's on on kitkat version.

[deleted post]Yes. I do. It is worse than on jb. I barely made 2 and half hours of screen on time. Before was closer to 4 hours. Also, stand by time seems poorer. Maybe next update will fix this issue. Also there are lags when finishing a call, when pressing back button in certain apps and a black screen before ooading background image, after unlocking screen.
A nice addition would be to have gesture answering, so.
We will see.

Has anyone had issues with their Z1 touch screen? I will be holding my phone not touching the screen and its flipping threw msgs, pics, apps etc all on its own I have to turn the phone off and on again to be able to use it...it goes all screwy and opens the wrong thing when I touch to open something its really frusterating!!!!!!

wery good phone, i love it. sony make a flip phone, its somthing new in the world :)
