Worst hp I hav ever bought.after sent to Sony Servis also cant do anything.keep coming out words like "unfortunately google services has stopped" "unfortunately album has stopped" unfortunately movies hav stopped" etc etc. Off itself n ON again by itself . Bot it only 6 months.

I upgraded from Xperia Z to Z1, out the box with Kitkat 4.4. All I can say is Ive stopped searching, unless Sony comes up with a phone that can teleport... The graphics are better, stronger battery life, faster speeds, better hands-on feel, awesome crisp pics and videos, I could go on and on. Thank you Sony!

After first few days, phone st... moreWell seems like ur cam is not respond...we have a same problem but mine get better when i restart...sometimes cant open the camera n sometimes when i take a shoot its not respond...just freeze...about power button i realy want u to read the manual....the last 1 is about swipe right(call) swipe left(message) i think u never used a xperia bfore? Bcos sony never make that kind of system like swipe or watever since long time ago...ps read manual carefully GENIUS!

Got this phone a week ago everything worked well until I updated it to Kitkat 4.4. Now the notification lights don't work and so do the widgets. Kitkat 4.4.2 in my Samsung Note2 just works great. Hope Sony will come with another update to fix bugs in their software.

Question about waterproof on xperia.
There's no cover on place where you put headset.
On xperia Z is cover on that place.

But, when in an aquapark, there coukd have been some bumping and could have opened the flaps. This let water in. Kind of arguable situation.
I have tried water but with no pressure or low pressure. Mine is ok.

If you were in a waterpark, there is a big chance you didn't meet one of these requirements. Also, the chemicals that are used in pools are very corrosive which might be the reason why it got damaged.

have recently bought this phone for 6 months and used it in waterpark last month. then its shutdown and blackout.. Sony technician said it was corroded with water inside damaging the board and they are charging half of the price for the repair...what the he**, now again i learned with Sony very bad phone..really

Guys I need your help please. I live in Egypt, recently my phone sends an automatic SMS to other countries USA, Singapore !!! I found myself charged for SMS i didn't really send. when i checked with the network provider (Vodafone) they advised that there are some SMS already sent by my phone. So does anyone has any idea about this !!? is there any application could do that !!?

Has anyone have any problem with the camera? any picture that I take at night, using flash, on Auto mode is terrible. It has extra lightening on the pictures. I hate the camera! It only works on manual mode at nights.

Sometimes it takes forever to open the camera, I even missed some important moments.
It wasn't laggy before updating to kitkat. I hope they will fix the problem soon.
This is a great phone in terms of performance but when it comes to camera it's another story, the pictures are great however it's not fast enough (after the update)
Building quality is so good,it feels good in your hands, also it can survive some drops without getting wrecked.
I'm really annoyed because the z2 has the ability to record high frame rate videos while the z1 doesn't, knowing that the hardware of z1 is capable to do so, it's just a little software. Dony why don't you do it, come on, I paid about 600$ for this. We deserve to get all the features.
