After first few days, phone started hanging,,, and finally after 2 months, back camera stopped working...
Sony says, it will take 10-15 days for repair...
I have lost confidence in Sony...
Other than this , the power on button is hard and at times does not respond.
Few android features and functionalities are missing...
e.g. swipe right (contacts) to dial out and swipe left to SMS. No option to block caller .... no reboot option (have to power off and on)...

My issues are related to kk, but don't get me wrong - phone is usabe, but not so stable, fast as it was on jb. Battery is also weaker.

I have sony z1 c6903 made in Chin... moreMine is the same model. C6903.
Hw is ok, sw is kk which is poor. In kk the phone heats up quickly and battery drains faster. There are lags and freezes ipwhen closing a call, or ussing messagins app.
My complains are strictly related to sw not hw.
Camera is good, reception strong but overall user experience got worst with kk.
Screen - like you said, but those issues were taken into account by me.

Its an awesome phone. I don't think there are any problems except few. Like the camera quality is not soooo gud like ypu would expect in a 20.7 mp cam... But still its very good... I dont understand why people complain about the sound quality... Its great.. Another trouble is overheating of the device on heavy usage... But that is not going to pose any kind of problem in normal usage. Its way better than nexus and way better than Samsung... U would not regret buting this phone... Itz great..

1 thing to note is when your speaker gets completely wet the sound is becomes muffled. The speaker will go back to normal after a couple of hours or when its completely dried.

I have sony z1 c6903 made in China and I don't have any problems it's a very good device for me except its annoying poor viewed angle washed out color screen

Please remove the cover of USB, Sim card and memory card and check it for containing water
