In mx player if u will not hear the sound then chose sw decoder instead of hw decoder.
Samsung offers from factory support for more movie formats.
Also try: mobo player, qq player. U should do fine with these.
No issue with your phone.

Apart from this site being better than Facebook, does anyone know of a good task manager for the z1 that actually works and not just consume more ram or cause software problems?

Could someone tell me, why Z1 not able to play few HD videos. Bought this phone recently but I find Movies can't play few videos. My Samsumng plays all videos. Or is there any patch released for this. I'm in 4.3, Jan 09 build as of now. Thanks in advance.

I have no issue with the album or any of the photo apps. Reading the manual also helps explain allot and shows how you can use more of the magic the phone has to offer. It's a bit of reading to do and kept me busy for a while.

Jack, 05 Mar 2014For your applications, you need desktop PC not a smartphoneThe thing is I can't uninstall the Facebook app on the phone and it starts up running in the background by itself. But what any cell phone brand has missing, is the freedom to choose what system apps you can delete off the device without having to go the root option cause that voids any warranty. But still I'm as happy with the z1.

AnonD-240714, 04 Mar 2014Guys should I go for lumia 1520 or xperia z1It's a personal choice but like me, I'm in engineering and there is always dust dirt and small metal filings flying around so the z1 was a better choice for me cause of the dust, scratch and water resistance.

Hi all, I have had the z1 for two days now. It's truly an outstanding phone. Only thing I'm concerned about is that when my phone is fully charged and only run Facebook full time to chat not browse with no other open apps, the battery only lasts about 10 hours. Is that normal or is the battery running down too fast? Any advise would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
