Hi all need help....i am using the phone for 20 days and sometimes the phone just goes blank as d phone is off, and even if i press any button it dosent come bac to normal, after some time when the battery drains and i recharge the phone is starts again..i luv the performance and everything, but this thing is really worrying me...pls help u can even email me vikrams_gopal82@yahoo.co.in..Thanks in advance

nickysor, 01 Mar 2014I own a z1 but i suggest you take z2 as it is newer, improv... moreIf at all Z2 is launched it will cost me 50k here in India i don't have that much money so i had to take Z1 only i think the software & features can be upgraded as given on the Sony website i have waited & for long can anyone tell me reasons not to buy it i have friends who have the same mobile & i have used it for an hr or so felt its a magical machine i m going for Z1 :)

People who yelling here bad about sony, you people dont know how to handle this beauty. go buy samsung, lg, moto or any other.. we are not stopping you.. and sony will not stop you either. No phone is 100% perfect..

The Z1 should had a 32gb or 64gb internal memory. Expect that it is perfect. The xenon flash needs too much power so its good that they avoided it

Z1 is water proof. Of course when you have to change or remove its battery, it wont be water proof.Taking photo are normal by automatic setting, but only it will be excellent by manual setting , so you need develop your camera knowledge & experience.
I think Sam. Note 3 is a suitable option.

Go for elife e7....my brother.has purchased one and i have z1....but i would say i regret that i bought z1. Elife e7 is far better

AnonD-200219, 03 Mar 2014Can we use z1 as a universal remote bcz I didn't find any appUnfortunately no, due to the z1 not having an infrared blaster or any type of infrared at all. The only tv remote apps on google play store are for lg, samsung, sony and panasonic. If you don't have any of these tv brands then your out of luck.

Hey everybody.. Need help..i am confused which phone to buy! My budget is around 30,000 ruppees.. Firstly i chose to buy xperia z1 bt most of the users have screen issues,, nexus 5 does nt have external storage, n has bad camera n audio quality, lg g2 does nt have ex storage, elife e7 was the best to buy bt gionee is a china brand n what if i get some issues n nt get any help from manufacturer? So finally thought of buying galaxy s4 exynos version which is around 30k..so anybody plz suggest me which phone to buy! I don like the iPhones.. My budget is around 30k only! Which one should i buy? I love super amoled displays.. Should i buy s4 or z1 or nexus 5 or elife e7?

Please help me.
I got this phone two days ago.
after pressing the power button directly home screen appears.
Lock screen doesnot appear now.
Only if i set any kind of lock on lock screen, only in that case lock screen appears again after pressing power button.
How to make lock screen appear without setting any kind of lock on my phone.

I really like SONY but the wait for kitkat is now becoming tiresome. I mean come on even lg has updated G2 to 4.4 and we are still waiting. And don't tell me wewe don't need kitkat. 4.3 is quite buggy
