i wanna buy a new phone could any one tell... moreZ1 is much too big. Z and S4 are old and kinda big also, and iphone is both old and small. However, if you consider iphone then im sure you could also consider Z1 Compact, it has better battery than all the phones in your list and isnt much bigger than iphone but with a noticeable bigger and sharper display.
Of the ones you list i chose Xperia Z, i had one already and would be happy to own one again, great phone, fast and smooth and beautiful to use, very slim and reasonable size and weight for a 5 inch phone. Still, now i will buy Z1 Compact, it doubles the screen on battery life compared to Xperia Z and Z1 and also beats batteries of S4 and iphone 5s by a comfortable margin.

Awesome phone with awesome camera...
Best phone i've ever used..
Pros- display is way better dan note3's diamond petile matrix..
Looks great, only phone against htc one and ip5s
Camera is way better dan any other phn in d mrket.. Except lumia1020
Cons- sound is not dat loud(probably bcoz it is waterproof)
And while using any app it automatically goes to home screen...

First off, the comments section is full of garbage on this site. This is a great device with current features. It is similar to all other devices in its price range. The camera is excessive at 20mp but I am not complaining. Screen is nice, and song gives you a lot of extras if you use their accounts. I used the movies app and they gave me five free movies to keep. Also their music app is nice. Also some free games from playstation mobile. All in all it's a good device for people looking for a current generation phone in early 2014. Try it out in the store. Oh and the skinned version of their messaging is one of the prettiest I have seen on a phone.

I Bought this phone 2 days back n it had Display issue i went to service center they have accepted to replace the Phone with all the accessories now they took my Xperia Z1 with them but i will get my phone back after 7 working days. :-(

Pr... moreYou might have downloaded an application that automatically changes the wallpaper, in that case you will have to go to the Playstore and verify them one by one to see which of them requires access to change the wallpaper.

I love my Xperia Z1, but its annoying when it suddenly shut off after using some applications, and it is still happen for 6 times. any issue guys? is it a hardware problem?

I own a Sony Xperia Z1. Very happy with its performance. Problem I am facing is the wallpaper atomatically gets changed up. That too at particular timing of the day. I dont want this to happe. i don't get any particular settings or it even. If someone can. Please help.

I really love the brand, last month I got my PSP replaced with a new one as mine was draining the battery a bit faster. I love the after-sales service etc. I on the Blog of GSM arena, you can find that a representative of Sony acknowledged that Sony themselves are not happy with the Xperia line of products the way they are with the Bravia, Play Station etc. But the news is that Sony are selling their Vaio subset and will concentrate more on Xperia hence we ought to see Sony coming very much head-to-head with Samsung and Apple.

The equalizer appears to be deactivated when ever playing a sound outside of the walkman app. Still yet to find out about a solution to this.
