Otherwise wait for the Xperia Sirius announcement later this month, guaranteed it will double the battery life of Z1 in a lighter phone.

BTW, the issue with Note 3, as was with note 2 or 1, is it's display tends to overplay the purples. Be happy you've got somewhat dull, but a stable display. As for the video formats, it can be easily solved. There are a ton of free apps that can play any video format available. Don't expect the companies to spoonfeed you just because you bought a 40k phone. Do you know that Note 3 has problems the S-Pen, the only advantage it has over this phone??

Err, 07 Feb 2014Does the battery of this Xperia Z1 easily heats up when use... moreIt does happen when company provides you with a bigger batttery with a slim phone. add to that the waterproof cover and the processors get a very little air to cool down. Try S4 if you like. It has the vary same problem..

I got this phone 3days back,and I have explored almost everything about it and totally loved it. But I am facing a typical problem with the phone receiver. When there is any call on my phone it becomes so noisy the sound is so annoying that I can't even hear the person on the call. The voice echoe.. :(
Please somebody help. If on a phone you r not able to talk to anyone then what is the use of buying such costly phones.
Highly disappointed. :(

Reason why asking is ever since i had updated to the latest firmware, it appears that the equalizer automatically disables itself when playing sounds outside of walkman. Sound when playing music in walkman is good because i use custom equalizer setting.

Those who have low audio output should set your walkman sound setting to custom mode and put all frequencies to full you will have good sound
