Hi everyone... I was able to test the Z1 at a local sony store and I am impressed with its camera capabilities... however as i was fiddling around with the camera features for about 5 or so minutes i got a message that the camera was temporarily unavailable due to high temperature(thats the idea.. not sure of exact error message anymore). anyway i felt heat, but to me was not that significant. I own an acro s and there was a time i took a stroll in the park taking pictures and boy! did it heat up but no messages. i continued taking pictures until my battery ran out! I really want a z1... perhaps the unit i tested was a fluke. I want to ask real z1 owners here of their experience... do you encounter this message?

The "hang thing" this people talking about is a lie. My Z1 works perfectly. Read in S3 4.3 bugs update comment section. He's a samsung fanboy and maybe a paid one *cough*.

Yesterday I removed the ... moreI have Z1 too but I don't think you should experience touch screen problems because you removed the shatter proof film. I heard that if you remove it, the Sony logo will come off too but no touch screen problems. Buy a cheap screen protector and try it.

I bought xperia z1 two weeks ago.
Yesterday I removed the shatter proof film front and
back but now I have touch issues with the screen
sometimes not respond and always when touch
some point it touches it two or three times like
when iam browsing and want to go to the previous
page when back button touched it brings me to two
previous page.
Then I knew that the glass isn't oleophobic like the
shatter film.
What's the solution for me??!

I was also a user of Sony Xperia before n Now my friend is alao using Xperia Z1 nowadays so I know this device is gud for the rest of things but as for Gaming n overload u have to know ...
but as u r a new user u haven't face that hang problem .so when u face it then u will know for sure as me n my friend had recently faced it
so what will be my benefit if I post wrong comments ?
I just survey on it n I found this problem no offense
just when u will run ur device with a lot of apps running on it on same time then someday u will also know what my comment was all about

Hi, I have been using this phone for almost two months and the performance is great. The music and camera are just awesome. The display is fantastic with natural colors, Infact it is very pleasing to eyes. But there are few glitches that I have come across. The speaker phone is not upto the mark. The phone gets heated up while playing games for over 40-45 min. Last but not least it hangs for some reason. (Although it happened only once and I was able to rectify it by restarting.

uhh so we're talking about reset on the Z1 here?
actually, there's a hard reset button on Z1.. just open the Micro sim cover, and look carefully there.. there's a tiny red square button you can press with the tip of a pencil to reset it

I be as diplomatic as possible if there is a diplomatic way of saying "you just got busted".
