i am not a very high end user
but i want to good sound on speaker & earpiece also
& camera lover

so this phone is good for this specs
please anyone give me proper revert
i dont want to compare any phone with this

    I strongly recommend you buy yourself a case and a protective film as both the back and the front part of the phone scratch very easily...

    VERY DISAPPOINTING for a SGD 1,000 phone...

Next time read carefully and try to understand and what hurts most is that there was a chart underneath with the battery usage over the alotted time frame so check again.

          Anyone know if this still heats up like a microwave ove.. I mean the Z especially when you're playing graphic-heavy games? The most recent update for the Z brought back that experience.

Those were the flagships with the Arc design, after that Sony moved the Arc design to lower midrange. They cant go back now and use this lower midrange design for any high end phone.

                  I Got it 2 days ago and it's absolutlly amazing build quality, very fast, good looking, waterproof! It's a SONY product MADE IN JAPAN :)

However, it depends a lot on firmware, as one can see Engadget only got 5h34m out of Xperia Z, but with newer firmware i can get around 9 hours out of the Z using MX Player.

                    Hitting the red means 15% left, 15% is enough for many hours of light usage, and these numbers are always with stamina mode off. However i dont understand why he mention the skype call, that doesnt drain the battery that much, unless it was a Skype video call, its very likely, why else would he bother to mention that?? In that case its makes it more impressive.

                        You sure the S4 Has better battery life? On many other sites the Z1 beats the S4 in video playback it maybe the newer firmware but the video loop test on Engaget said the Z1 died after 12 hours of continuous video playback while the S4 died after 9 hours only the G2 lasted longer.

                              I work in mobile phones, so i have hands on time with all phone and product loan them too, and i can say as an owner of a z1, htc one and an iphone 5 that the z1 is a BEAST the best one out of the lot.

                                Got the phone, love it as an upgrade from the Z. Camera performs better than the Z, flawless operation. No hangs on app opening or homescreen switching like my Z. Love the aluminum body, feels much better in the hand than the Z, not as sharp. Very comfy unlike the Z to use next to my ear. As for comparision with any other phone I do not care, got it at the price I am happy paying and it does all I need.

                                    A great gadget manufacturer like Sony is really suffering from absence of in-house OS development. Android at its best is a dumber little brother of IOS and sony has been an organisation known for settling for 2nd best. After the death of Steve Jobs apple has become a sinking ship, because of total lack of direction and inspiration. A takeover of apple by sony would be a dream come true in this situation. There is a great tested OS in the form of IOS and there is legendary manufacturer in the sony. If sony takes the helm of the sinking ship of apple, they can conquer it all and both of these organisations can be restored to their former glory...

                                      Top notch specs coupled with the best hardware= WIN

                                      DISPLAY : 9.5/10 ( THE MOST MASSIVE IMPROVEMENT)
                                      -Really natural colors ( Htc one = G2 > Z1 =*S4)
                                      (*S4 Amoled screen Colors are too vibrant,Good or bad depending on person)
                                      -MASSIVE improvement in VIEWING ANGLES (Others a still a little better)
                                      -No pixelation (all are awesome)
                                      -As good as any flagship out there, HTC still a little better

                                      DESIGN/ FEEL : 10/10 (Best looking phone out there)
                                      -It is the same OLD Z and some more aluminium, what could possibly go wrong
                                      -Comparison: (Z1 = HTC one > G2 > S4)
                                      -Extra marks for water proofing (EVEN HIGHER THAN Z)
                                      -A little heavy

                                      PERFORMANCE :10/10 (Fastest phone on the market with SNAPDRAGON 800)
                                      -Highest score in all benchmarks, tied with G2 in most places
                                      -UI is silky smooth
                                      - (Z1,G2 > HTC one,S4)

                                      Choose HTC one if you want the STEREO SPEAKERS
                                      Choose Iphone 5s is you can pay for apps and want a smaller screen
                                      G2 is better than S4 in all aspects(as u are buying plastic and bloat anyways)

And what does he mean Xperia Z owners are few, Xperia Z outsold HTC One by more than a little, AND it has the better real life battery life of the two.

                                        For the camera, he is obsessed with image noise, low noise alone does not make a camera. Anyway, his conclusion was that Z1 is quite good, the best overall. And he also mentioned that the display is better than Galaxy S4 but not as good as HTC One.
