I think you didn't yet realize what an advancement Exmor RS is, technology advancement is something that does not compute for you? In 2 years we will have 1/3.2" sensors that beats 808 PoorView.

i know that z1 is the best phone. and z1 display with x reality is the best display ...better than galasy note3 display

I think the phone would look nicer if it had a smaller bezel. Also, I'm not a fan of the UI so I hope that Sony changes it rather dramatically for their next flagship. I'm not a fan of rooting anymore so I have to like the UI quite a bit since I'd have to stick with it for a little while.

Ya this device is great, but I expected 4k video recording in it.
Also expecting a mini version and a dual sim variant from sony with this camera.
large screens will not suitable for all people as well as single sim.

Anonymous, 11 Sep 2013smoking weed is bad you know...Didnt you read the comparison? I think Z1 did an amazing job, it won where it really mattes, and that is in difficult shots. Sure 808 is great under perfect daylight conditions (but even then it loses to Z1 in white balance), and Z1 gives superior results when the others have to throw in the towel.
By the way, we already knew that 808 was a bit hyped, giving great detail and virtually no noise in perfect daylight is good but what about the rest of the time? Even Xperia Z is better as an all-rounder, a reliable point and shoot that doesnt make any serious blunders, and Z1 combines that ability with a great sensor and superior lens, its the perfect camphone that handles virtually every situation, and it does so without looking like a monstrosity hunchback.
