No-matter you upgrade or reinstall the software the problem will not be solved. If it is new one then(only in its first or second week) please hurry and contact nearby SONY service center. Because if it is just bought new one you can get it completely replaced. If it is not just bought but still in warranty you have a chance of getting it replaced because it is timing delay problem so it needs a lot of work to be done over it depending where the problem is caused. If it is wiring problem it can be solved by repair. But if it is major motherboard problem the whole set can be replaced.I would advice you to contact only SONY service center.

Anonymous, 02 Oct 2015Can I play cocCOC is the worst enemy of battery. While playing COC battery drains like hell because it is online game. But it still gives at least 10-14hrs battery life if play like crazy at nearly continuous intervals. But still If you play continuously then I don't know how much it gives.

I'm having trouble with my xperia z1 about camera flash, the camera is okay but the flash won't work at real time, when the camra take a picture in dark, the flash doesn't blink at the same time..
Note: I've Upgraded it to lollipop but it doesn't solve my problem so I downgrade to Jelibean and then kitkat and still now it is same.. could anyone tell me the solution for the camera flash please.!!!! Thank you..

I am a game lover as you as well and played a lot of high resolution games like Injustice,Iron man,Modern Combat,NFS Most Wanted 2012 nearly 13-14hrs and the battery lasted for whole day in stamina mode. Yes the phone gets heated but it dose-not effect the performance or anything. Just Read Below

I purchased XPERIA Z1 two years ago used it like crazy. Pushed it to its limits. Maxed its memory out with large games like Injustice, NFS Most Wanted and a lot not used external memory card. Played games nearly whole day in my holidays. I am telling you guys all this crap because after going through all this my phone never hanged even once till date. And its battery never ran out when needed the most. I even ran my whole day with just 13% battery in stamina mode still having 4% to spare after using whatsapp and chrome alternatively for 8hrs. If we use for general surfing, texting, voice calls and checking emails it will last for one and a half to two days. For game lovers like me it lasts at least for one whole day.

But if it did happen and water entered into your phone and the phone is only 10 days old. Then you are lucky, rush to the seller where you bought it or to SONY service center. If the phone is in its first 15 days then you will get the phone replaced by filling only one or two papers no extra cost. But you must hurry if the phone crosses 15days they will not replace it they will only repair it and hand it back to you. In some cases it may cause a problem in future when warranty is over which is not a good thing.

I bought Sony Xperia z1 10 days ago and now water has entered inside it even though it's ports were closed. Device is suffering from malfunctioning and also camera lens is full with vapors. How can these vapors be removed.
Also it's straps have turned red.help me with vapor issue

AnonD-444907, 29 Sep 2015Can you tell me your settings? And Os?No special settings. Basic setup that I got when I bought it. But I think operating system(OS) matters. I am using Android Jelly Bean (Version 4.3). Once I upgraded my phone to Android Lollipop and got my battery life cut into half. I was lucky I backed up my device before upgrade. Within a week I downgraded my phone to Jelly Bean using backup file through Sony PC Companion.
