I'm reading that a lot of people have battery draining problems which is weird for me since i noticed a big improvement in this area, either your phones are faulty or you installed some apps that drain the battery without you knowing and even in the background. The battery lasts me now longer than it lasted when i first got the phone... I'm extremelly pleased and excited with the update and as i said earlier don't let the camera lag fool you just check the time it takes to snap a picture, i believe they did this to have more resources available to snap the picture faster. Just a thought.

I just got the 5.0.2 update and i swear it's like it's a different phone so smooth now, not that it wasn't before but it's faster and the UI looks so much better i love the new notification system, the pull down bar, it even captures pictures faster, and the screen recording while also recording yourself with the front camera is awesome. And i swear i unplugged my phone this morning it was fully charged, i had my screen on for 3 hours and 27 minutes, data mobile active all day and i still have 53% left which i believe it's amazing, It now shows you based on the consume how much the battery will last, how long it will take to charge. I just love the update it's like a new phone. I will definetly buy another sony made phone again. Only negative thing about the phone is the screen which could've had deeper black levels and better viewing angles, leaving this aside i recomend the phone to anyone, excellent performance, camera, design. This update is amazing the way the phone switches through apps is amazing, it was already fast now it also feels well optimized and i'm feeling a great improvement on the battery life, even the keyboard is better, smooth. I'm so excited that i can't wait to get another xperia when the time will come. I'm more excited than i was when i got my galaxy s2, only thing i miss about samsung is the super amoled screen. The camera seems to have a small lag while moving it but don't let it fool you when you take a picture it actually snaps them faster.

Its a owesome phone!! but i m having heating issue currently, even after few min of gaming or camera it starts to heat up quickly. What to do!??

Updated to lollipop...
Battery draining too fast...and charging slow...heating issue is also there...phone is heating too much...camera lags...and in the task bar sometimes the cross button appears on the app window at upper right corner and sometimes its not....those who are using krtat dont update till the fully fixed update rollout....

Its a lovely phone after the Lollipop update.. Great UI, Great Camera, Great Walkman. And the GREATEST is u can transfer your apps to SD Card already.
For those who complaint a lot about this AMAZING Xperia, please do read back your MANUAL BOOKLET to explore the great features. Do not complaint for such a NONsense thing. This phone is way BEYOND compare with SAMSUNG

important notice: after the lollipop update move apps to sd card is now available. i've updated mine and i can see this option is now available.

No no no,no I can't update my C6903 yet.well at least Im sure about one thing my next smartphone will never be a Sony product Samsung released lollipop about one month ago and I have to check Sonys update center moment by moment for updates looks like Sony want to build the android from start it's just a simple company personalization...if anyone else has this problem with 6903 send a check comment this is how Sony makes believe

updated to lollipop everything is ok but camera quality has worsen i have xperia z1 it was running better with 4.4 as far as camera is concern.plz donot update as it kills overall 20.7megpxl user experience by 50 percent

I have just updated my Sony Experia Z1 to Android lollipop. I found keyboard has become very smooth and everything I liked but a major problem of looks has upset me. The problem is that the icons are now very large which feels like I am using any micromax phone so I really didn't liked that.
