We are now back to 2012 flagship ppi on Sony phones, this is exact same as Xperia S. 2 years setback. Its not a dealbreaker but it is the main disadvantage of Z1 Compact, for far the most of us.

The truth here is that you have very poor vision, because 300 is pretty pathetic and far from sharp. Go buy reading glasses and see for yourself, dont be in denial about your shortcoming.

Finally, Sony is releasing a super-phone internationally. I think Z1 Compact is the concept succesor of Japan-only Xperia SX SO-05D, meaning "the smallest and the most advanced phone in the world". With Z1 Compact they proved we can have the same high-end "juice" in smaller glass = big flavor in a small package. Kudos Sony!

You do realize that it is already alot higher than the iphone 5s' ppi, don't you? So it's already above the Retina Display! How could you say it's pretty bad?! Do you have a Superman's eye or something?!

c... moreVery bad examples, 3 of those have 15:9 AR (aka 5x3), makes a big difference when talking millimeters.

And Adreno 330 has more than enough performance to push 1080p. Since this phone is already the size of a 4.5 inch phone it should have used Sharps 4.5 inch Full HD display.

This is about Sony in general. Phones are great, but service in the Philippines is bad in case you need it. The attendants are incapable and not very courteous..
