Not only does S5 have a flap under but it also has a big fat back cover and a loose battery that will kick the back cover open if you drop it in water, as shown on videos you can find in you tube. S5 is waterproof only if you lay it carefully in the water, drop it in a pit or a sink or toilet bowl and the back cover will fly off and the phone is no more.
On the plus side, no brain no headache, you are lucky that way.

Hi all,
I'm thinking of buying this phone. The spec. seems great except for the audio quality and loudspeaker tests which are maybe not satisfactory.
I would be so thankful if anybody with this phone would say that the relatively low scores of Z1 compact in these areas bothers or not.

Also, the whole samsung back is one big cover flap that could leak any time...

HI Guys,
I purchased this phone 1 weeks ago.Its really awesome phone.why i said that because the spec of this phone really good.its performance in surfing gaming and camera clarity is also stunning.More over the compact sizes,its really handy to use.Water proofing i have n't done so far.

I have an Experia Z1 compact, this Phone is excellent for me as a phone, but one thing i somewhat a problem in this phone is about the walkman, it something goes like this when i store a music in the Playlist even it was save, after i switch off the phone all the music which i stored in the Playlist is vanish,is there any body can suggest on how to store a music in the Playlist that will not vanish even after switch off the unit. Thank you
