PUT Z2 and galaxy s5 and galaxy note3 and galaxy note 10.1 tablet (2k or QHD resolution) side by side
And "PLAY" "candy crush saga" game at the same time
You can find "red" colour on Amoled display (for Full HD&QHD) are coverd and influenced with "yellowish" colour
In Z2:) "red" and other colours are so real with awesome colour depth:)
In conclusion, the more the resolution is raised , the more oversaturated colour appears in" Amoled screen" and the more your eyes get troubles*
Have a good choice:)

    My old Z1's TFT display has a little poor viewing angle and black gamut has a little grey*
    Z2 's display has excellent colour depth with true white&black balance
    IPS has adequate viewing angle and when I use Z2 for a long time, my eyes have free from spectacles:)
    I think you can't divided "being oversaturated" and "natural colour" and "contrast"
    Over sharp bright colours do not mean natural ones
    Z2 IPS display is very clear contrast and natural colours
    Buy Z2 and feel it yourself!

              mob9, 23 Aug 2014Anybody here use sony xperia z2 under water ??Yes my used it under water and sony device dead .It is now out of order and we set email Sony co. they do not reply up to now and my money lost . Really do not us it under water ( this is a big unreality from SOny ).

                Preferred this over S5,G3 & M8,no regrets at all, great phone infact the best i've used so far, i'm not a heavy gamer but use whats app, viber, skype & facebook regularly & love to take photos & this phone has the best camera, superior auto mode does wonders, low light images are pretty good even without flash, battery life easily lasts for 2-2.5 days, call quality is crisp n'clear, speakers are really good & I love Sony UI, this is my 6th xperia after Ray, Sola, U, J & T,it's a great value for money.

                      My Z2 with latest update runs smoothly and in 4k shooting I can record up to 10 mins!
                      Loud stereo speakers are more richer sound than old update!
                      In Z2, camera UI is the best in all smartphones:)
                      I can frequently use "info eye"
                      Moreover, vine mood and background defocus give me romantic photos with natural colours
                      I often use "White Balance" for photos with more saturated or more soft colours
                      I can say that "white balance" supports you more vivid and warm photis
                      "Physical camera button" can be available only in Z2 in current market and so you can use Z2 "like Sony pro camera":)
                      Have a good choice,

                        GUYS! Plz comment on this so much that SONY listens to it. If HTC can hear their consumers voice why not SONY.

                        SONY till date has not released a FLAGSHIP DEVICE with Dual Sim Variant. Sad to know because many of us carry a Dual SIM phone and we do not have the pleasure to carry a flagship device and also many of us do not like carrying 2 phones.

                        HTC ONE E8 was just launched by the heavy demands of consumers from India, Russia and China. I could have shifted my gears to HTC E8 but I'm not a fan of HTC, SAMSUNG or any bla bla as I just love SONY.

                        Would love to see if Sony produces a flagship device with Dual Sim Variant and will be the first to purchase it:
                        1) IPS LCD Display (No more TFT Display)
                        2) Use CORNING GORILLA GLASS 3 (No more Shatter Proof)
                        3) Sony's G Lens 20.7 MP camera sensor and a front 5MP Selfie camera with a very high or dual flash light
                        4) LTE inbuilt
                        5) SIZE does really matters which should be very similar to SONY Xperia Z or Sony Xperia Z2a which is really good to pocket it whereas Z2 is not acceptable.
                        6) 2GB RAM is more than enough.
                        7) BOOM SOUND just like HTC or something similar to it else SONY Z2 was also up to the mark.
                        8) Dust and Water proof.

                        SONY PLEASE DO LISTEN US.

                            I am thinking to buy Z2 but as i have read some opinions that Z2's camera heated in 4k video mode and smartphone restarted frequently in camera usage, so i m confused wheather i have to buy it or not... Real users of Z2 please help me in deciding.....

What I meant was that where there was supposed to be black on the screen, it's gray. And that some other phones in front of me have a higher contrast ratio between white and black.

                              I dislike oversaturated colours from Amoled screens, although S5 is noticeably better than previous models were.

                              I'm no fan of plastic toys from Samsung, so please don't take above sentence as any kind of praise for it.

                                  Of course a player that supports it can be downloaded for free from the google play store.
