Jonny , 21 Jul 2014I can't decide if buy the Sony z2 or the Samsung s5 help me... more(1) Z2 has live colour led display with full of natural colours
(2) Z2 has 3g RAM but s5 ,2g ram
3g RAM means that you can manage more apps fast and smoothly
(3) Z2 has premium design
(4) For softwear wise, Z2 has double tap to wake, glove mood, smart call handling, fantastic camera features , FM radio," stereo speakers": sketch, noise cancelling headset

    So for long term use, s 5 gets terrible heating issue
    (2). Z2 has reliable waterproof tech, but s5 used rubber belt for water proofing and it us funny idea for s5
    Moreover, removable cover& physical button can wear out and water flow happily into s5
    (3). FM radio with RDS in Z2 give us local news ,local music and local weather condition which are not available in internet radio
    (4) 20.7 mp camera in Z2 has the best in current market and Z2 camera has got highest DxO mark camera benchmark rank
    So Z2 is worth buying for your daily lifestyle:)

      3g.RAM means that you can manage more apps fast and smoothly
      2 g RAM means that you can experience several" "laggy" condition in multitasking and 3D games
      (2)* Z2 has Ominibalance premium design but s5 is made of plastic and has cheap design
      (3)* Z2 has IPS display like iPhone and Z2 also use new live colour tech so you get natural colours and amazing viewing angle and fanatic colour depth
      S5 has oversaturated Amoled display and colours are more extreme than sunlight
      So , Z2 is the best for you

            I havnt really used Android much in the past, I know the basics but thats about it. Perhaps looking into buying this phone, but I have some questions.

            1) Can I change a custom background/wallpaper of my choosing without rooting the phone?

            2) Can I use custon MP3s as ringtones without rooting the phone?

            3) Are there some specific things I cant do without rooting? What kind of work it is to root the phone, also how legal is that with warranty in mind?

            4) Im pretty sure I found the answer to it, but can I sync my Outlook.com email and calendar to the phones built in calendars etc, so that I dont have to use a different app just for that?

                      Guys my Z2's camera is completely dead by using for 2 days. The camera has stopped by itself. I did reboots and factory resets and repair software by the sony pc companion. Till now it didnt work front and rear cams and the led flash also.

                            i do a review yst record 4k ... overheat around 4minutes 30 secs ... the apps closed and i open it again ... do the same thing but only can until 1 minute ... SONY really need to fix tis :( the phone is not quite heat at all but WARM just slightly i don feel any related to hardware issue ... please fix tis software problem !

                              Could anyone please tell me a solution to the stuck pixel problem. Funny thing, when i bought the device, the stuck pixel wasn't there, but after one day, i turned on the device and there it was starring at me with those vengeful colors... I'm very worried, is there anything that can be done? The device can't be replaced unfortunately. Just ruined my perfect experience.. Had to be me and my luck... Share your feelings if anyone of you has/had the same problem.

The purple version is the most striking of the 3 in my opinion. No, it's definitely not a girls color, but people might say after looking at your brilliant device feeling envious. You also seem to like it so that makes two of us. Unfortunately i had to buy the black one because the phone was already very rare at the market, let alone the purple version. Black is the most common. Anyways, i also like the purple color. i would have bought the purple one if it was available.

                                    I have a question for z2 owners. Is anybody experiencing a bright stuck pixel on the screen? As in, a permanent pixel stuck there which can't change its color and remains the same, and is mostly visible on the start up screen.
                                    Please, share your opinions.

                                      And one thing more I am also an user of Sony phone...but not a blind fan.. That whatever company will lunch and I am appreciating, this is Sony products, this is why it's good. Good is good i am not against this brand..
