sony ditched the built in screen protector , a slightly sharp thing will definitely scratch the screen, unlike previous xperia phones they had a build in screen protector just like the Z1 or "S" . but as for the other specs , it is a great phone .

plz don't buy this phone I bought it from a week and I try to take a photo in the water THEN THE BIG SHIT the water entered inside it and the camera got steamed while I closed all the slots well then the water removed to the screen touch didn't work it is a very bad experiment plzzz I advice don't buy this phone it is a very bad phone and it is not qualified to put down into water if you put it will be damage totaly

My comments are based on actual ownership and long term use not speculation based on 5 mins playing with a phone and making comments based on that very same speculation as to whether a flap opens up or not upon the phone being dropped.

It is not an attract... moreThat was so uncalled for, stop being so aggressive and let people post their opinions here, obviously the person is not trolling. Try to behave, its legitimate to post user experiences, posting aggressive rants against other users is not.
I have had hands on time with Z2 and i noticed that the new big flap is too heavy and i was thinking that it could be prone to opening up if the phone was dropped on a hard surface, that flap is soooo long, was much better on Xperia Z, small light flaps that stayed closed after impact. Sony need to improve on this, the flaps should have been both smaller and lighter.

(1) we start to use smartphone, it produce heat from processor:
(2) heat comes out from phone by the process of "heat convention" and " heat conduction"
(3) Like computer: If we use phone for a long time, it will get much heat
(4) Big battery size and many cores ( like quad core, eight cores) also make heat
BUT, Z2 has built_in COOLING tech so although external body of Z2 is warm, internal materials are cool due to Cooling tech:)

3 days old sony z2 .. now worthless .. camera is full of moisture.. half of the screen is flickering ... and i lost data services on it...

I think all of you should take more care of your expensive mobile devices...
and not creating imaginery "by-itself" mythos to try and save money through guarrantees ;)
