What about the overheating problem when using the camera for long time. Ex:Long time 4K video recording. And what about the overall overheating ? Anyone know ?

Got myself a Z2 after using Samsung for a long time, Love the experia experience, finding it good and the camera is really good. Can do some cool stuff with it.
The gorilla glass and water resistance was a seller for me, its a nice phone, but it is a dust magnet.

How long can I record a normal video(HD not 4K) by using this phone before getting the overheat message?

Sound quality is not a issue or deal breaker. What I think is major deal breaker is poor call quality. You need to set the volume at the max to be comfortably able to hear your counterpart. If the caller at the other end is using a high quality phone, then you might hear him loud and clear, in that case you have to bring down the volume a bit. I had to literally adjust volume for every call that I receive to be able to have a comfortable conversation without straining my ears. Even at max, voice that you hear does not sound rich, its more tinny and sharp and can hurt your ears in the longer run.

i bought it 2days before . now i have signal problem with it !! its not searching any network !! i want to change this phone !! very annoying !

In india as i live in india of the three flagships offered that is ss5, htc one m8, xperia z2 only m8 has lte connectivity i mean as a developed country like india why is there a "biasness" on the part of sony or samsung on offering 4g phones why they offer us only 3g phones..4g is fastly developing in india but still big companies like samsung n sony charge a lot of price as compared to other foreign countries in which they provide lte enabled smartphones for a lesser price as compared to the price of 3g enabled smartphones which are priced at 50k.. Why this biasness on the part of a vastly developed smartphone purchasing country?

Except loudness...but I'm willing to live with very good loudness, because best loudness doesn't compensate all that M8 lacks.

The Z2 is water and dust proof, and the camera is 21 mp compared to the 4 mp of the m8 (ultra pixels don't make up for the poor resolution) so Z2 would easily be my personal choice.
