I am using Xperia L, it is a very good phone.
At all it makes me satisfied.
Battery backup is also good,
Camera is nice. I don't think I should spend a huge amount for Xperia Z3

Terrible phone, overheats a lot, especially when using the camera, which makes it impossible to use it for longer than a while before crash (stock software) or focus going crazy (multiple custom software). I regret buying this phone, even my 4 years old phone is more convenient to use.

The phone look good compared to z3 plus i dont like z3 plus bcoz size is same camera is same back look also same from z1,z2,z3,z3+

ar, 25 May 2015There be heating problems in zperia z3.yeah it do have heating problem...i stay in kuwait a country which has 6 months summer reaching to 50+ degrees every year, and this phone shows temperature increasing for device in jus 40degrees and get restarted

I own a Z3 for less than 6 mths. I protected the Z3 with rubber casing. One day the screen cracked itself. I left it on the desk and did not dropped it.
I send to the local service centre explaining it cracked itself. It take them 5 days to call and inform me it cost me $280 to fix the screen. I asked them if there are avenues of mitigation. They give me a straight "No".
I've own 4 Sony mobiles by now. Sorry Sony, you've lost a faithful customer. However you gain an ambassador of "No Sony Mobile".
Z3+? It is a very elegant and beautiful phone. Good luck to your customer who purchase them "t(h)ough". Pun intended. ;)

First of all, I want to point out that I really love the phone.
I got the phone fittingly 6 hours before New Year of 2015,I had to replace the good ol' Samsung Galaxy S III.
(It got some really destructive cancer, battery died in an instant and it just shut down - 4th time in repair in a course of 2-3 months, might be getting a new one from the manufacturer)
Anyways, I was really shockingly surprised in the most positive way about the battery, to me it is the most important part in the phone. Ot really does last forever. I listen to music, use Youtube, other live broadcast TV apps, sometimes play a little, social media, but the internet is almost always on. I have no worries taking the charger off at 10 in the morning and after a wild friday night it will still have battery left to kill next morning at 10.
Fantastic battery and excellent camera. However about the camera, I was happy with the pictures but after googling, I found out that it can do better. I also found out that it takes some sort of "professional" to really get all the setting and perfect shots. Still, I am not really complaining about it. There are manual settings for the easy and the lazy. I will have to study more.
About the icons, I suggest people downloading another launcher, because the icons truly are too huge. Not to advertise, but I found Nova Launcher to my liking. Once you understand the settings, it is simple and much, much more pleasing to the eye.
One bad thing in a way, is the thing that (my girlfriend got the Z3 Compact and after a night out smoking weed, she dropped the phone on hard concrete and broke the screen -) there aren't a lot of places where it can be repaired. Just some shady ones, where I wouldn't trust to give her phone to. Also accessories are noticeably more hard to come by - might be the problem in this country, or might be the same everywhere. Still, the easy solution is to buy cheaper from the internet, for example, amazon. I got tempered glass and a tpu case for the price of just one glass screen from there, instead what I would have gotten here.
Overall I am most satisfied with my purchase and will stay true to it until the end of its time! (I guess it is a little bit of propaganda, but really, if you like a nice big screen with awesome dual speakers, incredible battery and great camera, it is the smartphone just for you!)

We are in a Sony forum, but there is so much talk about Samsung Galaxy here. Shouldn't you guys be discussing Sony phones ? Obviously Samsing is number one in the world, but Sony seems to be doing alright. Although the Z series shape is getting a bit dated now, I mean the shape and looks for 4 models now.

Guys this device is Great, I just bought them last week as an upgrade from my old xperia s. I did all the modifications and rooting that i usually do in xperia devices. This thing is fast and its really durable from how I see it. Just downgrade it and root then you're pretty much golden. The camera is 8/10 but overall its great. I did my research for 3 days before buying it. This screen does not "BURN-IN" unlike amoled screens that you see in S****** devices. It doesn't have overheating issues and battery is superb even when your taxing it with hardcore 3D games over wifi. I'm glad I made the right choice. The screen does not crack by its own, and yeah at least Sony doesn't cheat in benchmarks by overclocking the processor if you know what i mean ^_^ This device might not be the fastest but its really reliable.
