friends,please read the comnents of mr bryll.i will make u understand why this guy is a sammy agent trying to spread rumors-
1.there is no self cracking issue.its all fiction.case in point-i play playstation 4 games on my z3 using a dual shocker4 game pad and my phone becomes hot(ps4 games are really heavy graphics intensive).and yet i have no problems.admitted some got a faulty set,but the 25%number cited by mr bryll is preposterous.do u guys really want to believe the mindmade fiction of this guy who has no data from analyst firms to back up his arguments and he says google facebook pages.hell anyone can create a facebook page.can he give a link from a real analyst/industry researchers backing up his numbers??he can't. the reason is industry watchdogs,analysts,consumer protection laws act on a company only when they suspect poor manufacturering.if industry watchdogs,consumer protection law enforcement agencies had found real problems,wouldn't they have investigated the matter??and this guy says 25%.really mr bryll??u are making me laugh.lolllll.lollllll.ha ha..he cites 25%...just lol.
2.sony was not popular a year ago in usa.but with z3,things changed and god,how times change. t-mobile has already sold out.and mind you-they have sold millions of z3.and z3 sales skyrocketed after s6 release.poor 2500mah battery,memory leak,crashing s6 apps,chaffing of camera,no sd card all lead to users returning their s6 to the carriers and getting themselves a z3.as good word about sony spread,the sales of z3 increased like a chain reaction and millions were sold in usa. would it have sold if it was not good???
3.z3 was awarded the best phone in usa by the "the inquirer "
4.samsung has a bad habit of sullying its fiercest competitiors by false propaganda.and as z3 is killing s6 everywhere its natural that bashing of sony will only increase.
i took out time to write this because z3 is awesome in every aspect and doesn't deserve the bashing mr bryll is falsely giving. and mr bryll-please go enjoy ur life.

Xperia is the coolest phone there is, all i wanted was a
better processor and gpu and they delivered, now its
the perfect device for remote play and android games
with the dualshock 4. Its almost stock android which is
best and AMOLED 2K screens are cool but i can settle
for lcd and its benefits of a slimmer/lighter device and
better battery life. Sony aims perfectly at its target
demographic which is people with a ps4, that love
gaming and going to the pool, jacoozi or taking a bath
everyday. As far as people complaining about the
design? Dont fix what is not broken, Sonys name is
awesome and so is the design from an artistic point of
view, the sleek subtle designs, logo and accessories to
accent the phones qualities (gaming mount, magnetic
charger for maintaining ip68). It sells great in Japan
but not here...marketing is bad out here, i sell phones
for verizon and my manager gets mad when i sell the
phone because it doesnt gain good gross profit for
retailers and other employees dont sell it because sony
offers no incentives. samsung goes out the door like
crazy because the employee pay checks go up with
cash spiffs and better gross profit. we hate selling
apple because theres no gross profit and no cash spiffs
but at least there is crazy accessories all over the
store to help our pay checks.
SONY I LOVE YOUR PHONES AND I SELL THEM FOR
PERSONAL REASONS BUT PLEASE FIX YOUR
MARKETING IN AMERICA, OFFER MORE GP TO
STORES AND INCENTIVES TO EMPLOYEES TO SELL
THEM AND YOU WILL SEE THE CHANGE!!!
ps when its slow i play on my game mount and show
off the ds4 with modern combat 5 and it sells its self,
too bad i have to defill the phone cause theres never
any in stock!

use ur brain-in usa people buy a sony phone to play PS4 GAMES THROUGH REMOTE PLAY.AND WITH SUCH HEAVY GAMES(PlayStation games are mind blowingly graphics intensive) , IT DOESN'T HAVE ANY PROBLEMS -BECAUSE IF IT HAD ANY PROBLEMS, HOW DID SONY Z3 RUN OUT OF STOCK IN USA??(it ran out of stock and people had to wait for a month after registration for new stock to arrive from sony -would people buy in such large number if it had any issue????

And Sony is denying it. Do a google search to see thousands of complaints on forums and even some dedicated facebook sites about this major problem. Bad service and design from Sony...too high of a risk for me.

i am from india and i must say-sony made a fan out of me.i really loved the copper z3 and bought it.and by god,it looks so awesome.MOVE OVER IPHONES...Z3 KICKS ASS.and samsung??i don't care about their copy cat phones anymore after getting myself this beauty.
screen top notch with quantum dot ips panel with NANOCRYSTALS(SHORTLY CALLED TRILUMINOS) with the highest brightness in the world.compared it with iphone 6,htc one m8,s6 and z3 holds its ground like hell-awesome.wowww!
stereo speaker, waterproof,dsee,high res audio!THE CAMERA IS AWESOME.the battery easily lasts 2 days.
my rating-11 outta 10...one xtra point TO SONY for GIVING A REAL PRACTICAL PHONE INSTEAD OF CHASING GIMMICKY SPECS LIKE SAMMY,LG ETC.

I was the owner of Samsung Galaxy S4 before I switched to use this Sony Xperia Z3. One of the biggest problem I had before was the battery... I usually have have my phone charged all night long and have its battery 100% full in the morning. With the amount of work I have to do with my phone, my Samsung Galaxy S4 often get out of battery around 3pm to 4pm. Since I switch to use this Xperia Z3, the problem is Long gone. This phone's battery is GREAT. Repeat... GREAT. Not only it lasts all day long with the same amount of work,it continues to last all night long and without recharging the battery at night I still get up on the 2nd day with the battery level of around 30%... Best battery performance phone I have ever used... Premium unibody and still offer water proof and SD card... so satisfied

[deleted post]friend first i eould like to cancel s5 from ur list for the following reasons-
1.the design is same as all phones of samsung from cheap price.u buy a s5 and it looks the same as grand2,grand max etcc
2.the display is short lasting.google-amoled degradation. it becomes yellow n loses brightness. as in rgb panel,blue pixels in amoled degrade very fast leaving unbalanced red and green giving yellow hue.also google-amoled burn in.
3.it uses overheating exynos.
4.camera has poor performance in low light as s5 camera doesn't use sony exmor sensor.(samsung uses sony exmor camera in s4,s6,note4).but samsung was greedy and used low quality isocell sensor in s5 that produces severe noise in low light.sony exmor is gold standard of camera sensors(used by iphone,sony xperia,samsung, xiaomi,nikon dslr,etc BUT SONY RESERVES BEST SONY SENSORS FOR XPERIA,ALPHAS AND CYBERSHOTS)
5.POOR BATTERY THAN Z2 AND 3...
*BETWEEN HTC AND SONY -go for sony as
1.sony has the best QUANTUM DOT IPS(TRILUMINOS),XREALITY PRO,AND BRAVIA ENGINE.z2 has phosphorled...z3 has live color led...z3 is the best among all phones u listed as it has the highest brightness and contrast among all ips panels. htc doesn't even compete with sony display.
2.best low light camera with the best sony sensor.ISO-12,800FOR Z3.THE BEST.with huge 20.7mp sensor.
3.WATERPROOF..HTC IS NOT.
4.SONY SUPPORTS WIRELESS MAGNETIC CHARGING..
5.BATTERY BACKUP-SONY IS THE KING OF BATTERY BACKUP.2 DAYS GUARANTEED AS I MYSELF GET MORE THAN 2 DAYS...
BETWEEN Z2 AND Z3-i make it simple.if u can afford z3 go for it..if u can't z2 is still much much much better than htc and samsung.
