The Sony Service Center in Indonesia is very very bad!!!
The service center only gives promises like "Your phone will be taken into repair in a minimum of 2 weeks and maximum of 2 months", and reasons such as late spare part period such as 2 months, 3 or even 4 months. And a lot of them are currently left wondering about their devices status for months. Also some users had to have their devices replaced fully but no like their previous device( such as different device color than the previous device they bought), and this is of course after a lengthy repair too. And some also has considered "not to buy XPERIA anymore"

I upgraded my Z3 into lollipop via PC (much recommended).

The only thing I can say is that the more I use this phone, the more I love it! It flies even when I'm running games, camera, browser and messenger, live walpapper and other high-usage programmes at the same time, it's lightweight, camera managed to catch a lightning the other day, pictures are clear, colours are great... Upgrade to Lollipop and its usage went without a hiccup, battery lasts full day even with me non-stop tinkering with it... And specs are more than keeping up with this year's flaghsip phones! I really have no negative remark.

Gero, 20 May 2015Htc one m8 ofcsony xperia z3 is awesome. I was a Samsung man then started out with the z2 due to the ps4 remote play option. I have used remote play once because I never really get booted from my tv and let me tell you, i will never look back. Not because of specs or polls or anything of the sort but just because i use my phone and most of it,s features often and i can honestly not complain about anything. It works great, satisfies all my digital needs and has never let me down. Battery life is awesome. i am sure that their are phones out there that could compete, but i was lucky enough to find this one. Thanks sony, great job. Get my z3 upgrade this saturday, what a pleasure.

veryy good phone.THE BATTERY LIFE IS AWESOME.JUST MINDBLOWINGLY AWESOME.IT REALLY LASTS 2 DAYS ON A SINGLE CHARGE...
display is very good.should last many years.it is not like the degrading amoleds of samsung.google-amoled degradation.
camera is very good.ITS WATERPROOF.and looks beautiful. thnx.

Anonymous, 21 May 2015Another true SONY user experience!!! hehe exactly.people realise sony phones are the best only after using it.u see sony knows whats required most for a user.but others like samsung, lg just give gimmicky specifications that are of no use and people just blindly buy their phones.i am a z3 user,and i will say its the best phone.forget specs,forget marketing by other companies-get urself a z3 and u will never go back to any other company

I used Samsung GS4 before I switched to use this phone (Xperia Z3). I have a habit to charge my battery all night long. I always get up with my phone battery full in the morning. My Samsung GS4 normally last until around 2pm to 4pm before the battery is completely off because I use a lot of social network such as SLACK and WHATSAPP at work. Since I switch to use thia phone, my life is 10 times easier. I don't even have to charge my phone every night. Sony Xperia Z3 easily last 2 days in heavily usage. best battery phone so far. The speakers are very good and loud.The camera is pretty good. The design is very good. water proof, micro sd card... a lot batter than Samsung GS6 in my opinion.....mm

Sony :smartphone, not a good idea.
Just avoid ot. reasons:
its bulky
, screen is not big. its just a show off. as space on top and bottom is used by labels,soft buttons.
user Unfriendly User Interface of Android. It was a nice try fron Sony. But it dont have any share in smartphone market.
HTC is far better. than bulky part.
and Iphone6 has broken records already. So dont spend a large amount of ur budget over sony 'un'smartphones.
