STAY AWAY FROM SONY PHONES!!! They all experience the same power off issue (all models). Stick to Samsung or HTC if you like Android phones. My Z3 consistently shuts down on me and now it will not power on. Sony will not work on it due to expired warranty as well. Support basically said, "Good luck." and end support.

1.Is xperia z3 still worth buying in late 2016? Im not planing on buying another phone any time soon.
2.If I put glass protector and case, will i have to worry about breaking it? Im not too careful tbh.
3. Whats up with the RAM? If I update the OS, will the RAM be reduced too much??

USB port fried, now magnetic charging port fired, headphone jack doesnt work right, battery discharges in 2 hours. Time to buy another phone and Never a Sony again in my life.

Rock, 01 Oct 2016Xperia z3, lg g4, xiaomi note 4, htc one m9 ..which mobile ... moreYes I find the pictures in low light aren't good and the flash doesn't help with good pictures either. Also the glass breaks easily and the back glass on my z3 has broken twice not that I remember dropping it. The rubber seal on the charging port has also come away a bit and doesn't close as easily. The phone also over heats and turns itself off. Esp if you are using the camera alot. My phone stopped working for 2 days in Italy due to the heat. I'm looking for something else now. The battery used to be good last year and last for up to 2 days but now it struggles a day.

Wipe cache partition.
Factory reset again.
Mine works very good.
I've 1.6GB free ram. Make sure after doing the tricks you get this amount of RAM.

Does anyone else have (ram) memory issues after 6.0.1 update? My z3 ram memory drops down like crazy,even when im not using the phone at all,so it restarts by itself,or apps stop working(and again it must be restarted); no factory reset,or repair via pc companion (didnt) help me,i think that only a patch(or) other fix-update can solve that,but there arent such updates from google or sony.
