Even I do feel a 1080p would have been better, though the current display is also very good but the pixels are visible when we look for it from too close distance. Build quality is excellent. Using it now for past 1 month

Great phone. But was very disappointed with the absurd pricing here in India. Hope they correct it with the next one in the series i.e.Z4 compact.
Speaking of which, I would like to see the following specs:
4.7" 1080P display (keeping the size same, meaning even smaller bezels)
Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 processor with Adreno 420 GPU
3GB RAM
32GB Internal Memory (while retaining the card slot)
21MP Camera with 4k recording
3000 mAH battery if possible.

Been using the phone for 2 weeks. NO cracks. Doesn't look like it's gonna crack anytime soon.
Display should've been 1080p. The pixels are visible often and that's disappointing. Otherwise the display is excellent as a 720p
Phone's great overall. But sony could've made it outstanding. They have the potential!!

My back screen cracked too. Phone has no scratches or dings, purchased 10 days ago. No apparent reason for it cracking and no support from carrier for fixing it. On the bright side, it still works (for now).

Had this phone for about a few hours only. The internal screen, the component which produces the actual display, cracked. No sign of cracking on the glass exterior however... Returned the phone back to vendor without any issues, but again, this looks like it's happening to only a handful of users.

On XDA forums out of 100 threads 5 are about cracked back glass questionaire just like here,
and one about actuall cracked back...where 5 guys posted pictures of their back glass broken....
Now assuming there are at least 600 threads, userbase is about 1000 ...
So 5 out of 1000 have reported backscreen crack issue, and that assuming all are true
It is a 0.5% devices possible issue
So, who is logically full of it?!

Dont even ask to look at it because once you even throw your eye on it...it cracks!
It is a self cracking phone, without any shadow of a doubt
Dont buy it
