go, 13 Nov 2014You heard right my friend bought z3c few weeks ago he can... moreyesp but of course WTF u will use ur phone for see videos continiusly for 5 hours? o.o in normal usage, sony xperia has amazing baterry. (whatsapp, bbm, some casual games, 3 emails and other apps) if u compared with iphone or other phone dont evet get the 3 hours on video (youtube)

                        Well, I think there are price variation in every country, here in Singapore it's Z3C=648SGD vs S5=1068SGD. And btw, it's not a midrange phone, it kills evry other flagships in terms of battery life and it's has the highest dust and water resistance rating, just because it is 4.6" and 720p u call it midrange? Shame to iphone 6 which is >> expensive.

                            Got a soldid shock yesterday when i saw the Z3c in the store, this is by far the most expensive midrange phone ever, cost more than galaxy S5 ahahah, even more than iPhone 5s LOL. What a fail, epic! How much you say? More than $700 rofl.

                            Worst value for money ever, a midrange handset with a beefed up chipset as only improvement over Z1c, which was the only thing Z1c didnt need to improve on.

                            Z4 better come out very fast, with 32GB and FHD, and at a lower price.

                              AnonD-8044, 16 Nov 2014Needs a good 7 charge/discharge cycles to start getting ful... moreNonsense, Li-Ion batteries should never be discharged too much, the deeper the discharge the lower the battery lifespan. Try to always charge at 40%.

                              One could hope that on a longer term Sony will start usign their gel lithium batteries in phones, they are already using those in the new gen CycleEnergy power banks, they loose less than 10% capacity in 1000 cycles. Unfortunately Sony has gone mad with making thinner phones so surely they will not start using gel before it can compete with the power density of traditional li-based batteries.
