Has some software bugs (Radio, Camera) but not very important.
may be fixed in a future update.
The back is glass, but scratch with some ease.
The camera is 20.7 mp but the HDR function is only available until 8 mp and the function of manual photo is not defined by default when starting the camera with dedicated button.

Some reviewers report heating issues :
- when recording 4k video (not a concern for me...)
- when playing 3D games for >15 minutes (well....)
- or even when surfing on the internet over one hour ! (Hey !)
...has anyone experienced this as well ?

I think it's the best phone in the market. & far I mean far far better than any other "mini, or compact" phone ever made. Only 2 negative comments; 1)Overall lenth should've been 2-3 mm's shorter.
2)Should have more colors( Lime of Z1C is superr)

Because the colors on SII I can´t named as cold.. very very colorfull and not much real (Anyway some photos looks great on it as least for me). In my opinion the difference between display of Z3c is very big.. it´s not so oversaturated and in my way this colors could be named as cold ones. I compare displays only with Iphone 5s and see no big difference. But as I said I´m not so in little differences in display.. you can see more then me. For my standart using it´s great for every occasions.

but as i tell everyone now-days "why not get tunein instead?" ok i know you will need data for it, but you will be able to listen worldwide radio and with better sound quality, and the data it needs isn't really that much, so it is actually better choice instead of the normal radio thingy

Tom, 03 Oct 2014I own Z3c for a week now. I´m excited about this phon... moreYou like the display coz you had S2 before, which has cold colors and a poor display as well, thats why you like it.
So far i have only seen "improvement" by adjusting white temperature of Z3/Z3C, noone said its good after adjustment so i have tio test this for myself but it looks like Sony screwed up pretty badly this time, the super cold white sure blew all chances Z3c had to compete with iPhone and the exact colors Apple put their pride into. The comparisons i saw between iPhone 6 and Z3 are day and night, Z3 looked like a ridiculous galaxy S series phone, its really sad to see Sony sink down to Samsungs level of fakeness and gimmicks. But as i said, it MAY be possible to adjust Z3c to a good white temperature, its just that so far i havent seen anyone who successfully have done it, wonder why, and it may be because the colors are so much off that they look stupid even at a white setting of around 6500 Kelvin.

Are you sure it has an FM Radio? The Sony website does not indicate this. I have the Z1C and I really like having a Radio. - Particularly using the SPIRIT 1 App rather than the one supplied by Sony.

It's not the loudness of the speakers, it's the quality. It isn't bad at all but it seems a bit muffled, kind of reverberated as if the sound isn't completely getting out.

Have to say its a great handset BUT... forvme the speakers arent very loud at all on youtube or playing music / videos on the device. Sounded a lot quieter than my Galaxy S4
