First sony had done a great job with Z3 and Z3 compact. I agree Z3 is their flagship phone but for how long? And Z3 compact is mini flagship. I guess Only time sony had set the right price for first Z series. Coming back to Z3 compact, Z1 compact does everything Z3 compact does with little update here and there. under 420 Euro would have been a steal!

Allen, 28 Sep 2014can someone tell me the aftersales service of sony in India... moreThey are pretty good! I live in Mumbai and I had got my Xperia Z replaced due to a screen problem which I realised after over a month. Though they took my old phone, investigated it for a week. But I got a new Xperia Z after 10 days. I even got my earphones replaced just before 2 days of warranty deadline.
So, they are pretty good I would say!

Allen, 28 Sep 2014can someone tell me the aftersales service of sony in India... morepoor, they wont fix the problem and will damage while trying to repair, phone will get ruined. Long waiting period to get the phone serviced. If the phone is faulty, then ur nightmare is started.

z3 sony's best phone .......because 4k ultra hd feature is avilable in z3......and it is very fast ....without hang.....i like sony all brands......

What you find here are people who like flagship grade performance and build quality in manageable size... Not Everybody is a fan of tablet size phones and feeling ridiculous holding it to the face practically covering your whole head, Uuuuhh that feels weird, either way note 3 ,may be a good phone but for people like us its *w+#+ meaning useless, as far as a compact manageable high performer, not to mention amazing battery life this is still underrated

Anyway... 4k video bitrate of 55mbps amounts to the final size of the video not access speed... Like 10s video will be 55*10s=550Mb i.e. 68MB+ 190KB(for audio)... For 10sec video... Well dropping this aside you will do just fine with a class 10 memory card... However make Sure you have enough size 64GB Would be ideal... Since 4k takes very large file size

But you have yet to learn of them
More camera features(steadyshot beingcthe most important, 12800 ISO, timelapse, multicam recording and all those downloadable camera features),
more sound tech features(98% noise cancellation, sound enhancement, stereo sound even better than Htc m8,...),
more screen tech features (r/g/b adjustable screen, exmor,...),
more gaming features (ps3 controller connectivity, ps4 game streaming and ps4 integration),
more peripheral features ( addable lenses, fitness wears, premium microphones, tags,...)
More design features ( dedicated camera button, magnetic dock charging, ip 68 rating,...)
Battery endurance feature ( dedicated chip for screen refresh)
All samsung has, reffering to note4, is the pen, splitscreen app tasking, those gimmick heartsensor (whats the use of that for crists sake), unusable fingerprint sensor (for what?), OIS on camera (yet to be seen if worthy, iphone6+ ois proved to be underwhleming compared to sonys steadyshot) and that VR set gaming which is cool but has somewhat questionable future as they bindcit only to one product...
So make your case more valid somehow...
