AnonD-307006, 13 Sep 2014Pity it doesn't have capacitive buttons like the Galaxy Alp... more... also waterproofing it isn't only useful for swimming. My old phone got damaged in a rainstorm.

    However, I don't have a problem with the flaps. A magnetic charging dock solves that problem.

        Pity it doesn't have capacitive buttons like the Galaxy Alpha. If you factor the nav buttons in, the screen is massively smaller than the Alpha's. Otherwise, I'd have gotten that one in a heartbeat.

        (one other note: what's with those flaps? I'd care much for for easy connectivity than the possibility to go swimming with my phone...)

          Almost as though these Manufacturers pay no attention to the Speakerphones.

          Especially after reading about "Sony Force Surround Stereo Speakers"- it IS strange that they are low or average in Volume/Clarity !

            i canot find where is the contrast ratio i know what an infinity sign mean but what does (-) mean where is the number

                        There is an Equalizer App which can be used to boost if speakers can take it.

                        And is this Camera about on par with Galaxy 8 megapixel cameras or more like S4 ?

                              I think for better Sony Xperia Z3 compact meed contain this 2 specs:

                              1.LTPS screen - not IPS or TFT
                              2.MediaTek MT6595 not Snapdragon 801 or Snapdragon 805

                                    Wow, the battery is the best in any smartphones in terms of web browsing and video playback and who would spend much talk time nowadays? Now Apple and Samsung show hs your numbers. But Sony, after 2 weeks since launch, still you are delaying it's release.
