I want to buy a compact mobile like Xperia Z3c ,can you please suggest about the features and complaints?? whether comparing with Samsung galaxy A3-2016 which one is great.....

Got Android 6.0.1 about one week ago, and after installation I had to add a data access point (APN) manually before Internet access was running again. Battery life is approx. the same as with 5.1.1 before. Still a great phone.

Jim, 05 May 2016Same issue in here.. I'm afraid this is the hardware issue :(It seems that it is hardware issue.
My phone came back today and MB is only thing that is left from the old phone. They changed everything!!! Screen, housing... It looks brand new now and works as it should. I just hope it won't broke again...

I am not getting notification for marshmallow update. It is not showing when I am checking in the settings also. With Xperia companion also it is not showing. I am in India. Please help.

yup. got te M update on my z3c (d5833). everything works fine, battery fine since im not using stamina mod in the previous version. one thing i didn't like is the search bar on the apps drawer (menu, or whatever it is). it is lousy that i cant disable it.

This is the best phone i've used so far. It runs fast as lightning, the camera is superb, the built quality is top-notch, the screen is surprisingly good for HD resolution. Note that i didnt mention the battery life because after update to 5.1.1 it has been lower by 2 hours of screen on-time.

I have a problem with notification area. Unable to pull it down from center of the screen. It works from left corner. I have 5.1.1 installed.
Got my phone to service center today, will see what they have to say. Anyone had similar problem?

Who the hell said that Z3 compact is water resistant.
When I keeps it in water every time its back and front both cameras are condensed.
Every times water gets inside my phone's camera.

Dewdan, 26 Apr 2016Updated today and battery drain is huge mine too... the battery drains so fast it barely lasts one day now even if it's mostly on standby. i deeply regret updating. any suggestions how i could solve the problem?

Does anyone know what the difference between the normal z3 compact and the Japanese version from dacomo? Beside frequency is there anything else? Is it true that only the Japanese version supports quick-charge 2.0?thanks guys

Just updated my Xperia Z3c (D5803) in Finland and seems to be nice update with couple of new features but why leave Stamina-mode out?!? Yes, there is Doze but Stamina was one of the key features in Xperia phones. Also, that left side page on apps screen where you access Play Store, What's new etc. is gone :/ I really liked that. So Marshmallow update for me is kinda 50-50 result.
