I got new update 1 hour ago. I didnt installed it yet. I have doubts about battery life and RAM usage. I think marshmallow use more of both. Whats ur opinion guys?

After the update the phone is quite faster but I am not loving the iphone kind of swipe to search at homepage. Battery does drain faster but not that much (without stamina ofc).

Bought this phone and 5 months later the screen shattered falling from a chair to the ground, could not use the phone anymore as the touch was not responsive. I bought an new original display, had a professional exchange it and put a glass screen coat for protection, but it broke again in less than 2 months.
Besides, one of the side lids, the one from the charging plug, fell off, they are not resistant.
I'm very disappointed with this phone

People go on Twitter & ask Sony Xperia Account about the update. Why U are not getting it ? when will U get it ? & so on. I do it regularly. They reply. Even if I don't like it I keep asking.
So go do the same & let them kno.

I just receive notification software upgrade for mm. Can anyone help if its advisable to upgrade? I heard that there will be no stamina mode anymore and battery got drain faster after mm update?

i bought this phone with android 4.4.2 and i have firmware 23.0.A.0.247. I can't install latest android, it says that my phone is up to date...Does anyone know how to do it?

I bought a DISPLAY piece from the store (meaning used by many esp the screen), its been 3 months now, I have dropped the phone personally about 8-10 times on concrete floor ( I have a kid who's 1.5 yrs old and has dropped the phone few times as well). My phone is still very much in tact. I must say the phone that I bought is very sturdy

okay, the mm update hit 2 days ago here in indonesia, but im still waiting for a confirmation about the battery life.. looks like its going to be a downgrade from opinions ive read. well, i wish gsmarena would give a marsmallow update review for z3 compact, or at least the battery endurating test review,...

Very disappointing phone. The specs look amazing, with for ex 20mp cam... but the pictures are lousy. The camara crashes the whole time and it is impossible to film more than just a few seconds before the errors and crashes.
The screen got loose in one corner, which made the phone absolutely not waterproof. I got a new screen. a few weeks later i dropped the phone, i slided and i catched i with my legs, so i dropped only 10 cm to a wooden floor (which is not very hard, if i drop a wineglass here it doesn't break), but the screen broke and the touchscreen was not accessible anymore. I normally always had a case around the phone, because it is, due to boths sids glass, quite impossible to hold in a loose hand, it is so slippery.
Even the sound was horrible. As long as making normal phonecalls allright, but speaker was very silent.
The only thing that was really good, was the battery!
I wouldn't recommend this phone to anyone.
