Galaxy s6 if you want a popular and expensive smartphone to boast with your friends(for social status).

Hey guys I'm about to get this awesome phone but something is keeping me from buying it the self cracking thing... Can the phone stand a lot of heat? Can I keep it in my pocket? BTW I live in the Philippines I need some answers please :-)

I never put any screen protector or cover in this device because it will only spoil the premium feel and look of this device :) I only purchased a cheap pouch for this device and up until now it has no scratches nor crack. I experienced several light bumps and occasional hard bumps already and I would say it is not that fragile as some hypocrites say. To be honest I nearly brough LG G3 or Galaxy s5 over z3c after I saw some reviews about this device having self cracking issues and crappy camera. In my experience I doubt that this device would crack under high temperature (It reaches 60 degrees celsius after lollipop update when I am playing high graphics games) or heavy pressure (I put the device in my thigh jeans when going outside and put it under my pillow at night). As for the camera, at first I am disappointed with the images captured by the camera but after I set the camera in the 20mp in manual mode (it is 8mp in default) it can now take superb images comparable to an iphone and the BEST! photo under good lighting condition. Super vivid and Xreality image enhancement is amazing especially if you are wathcing HD movies, all of the companies should try this rather than joining the qhd bandwagon seriously who needs super sharp screen making calls or texting? Sony made the right move here by giving the user a control if he/she wants to have super saturated video/images or not. Highly recommended Device!

maged, 15 May 2015Is lollipop upgrade is good for this device?The lollipop update in this device gave it the ability to move apps to micro sd card easily. The downside is while playing high graphics game or using intensive application this device heats up rapidly in an uncomfortable level (40 to 60 degrees celsius). Also, many preferred the serious looking theme in kitkat than the childish theme in the lollipop(of course it depends on your preferences). You may not want to update to lollipop YET because of the heating issues note that even other high end device have this issue.

Its the only phone with a screen that have less that 5 inches with a camera and a processor of a flagship. And not only that, it have a lot of features like waterproof, stereo speakers (good quality), radio Fm, excelent Battery, Ect.. Only have some troubles: You cant move the apps to the SD card (kit kat), If you use it much heated, doesnt have infrared (for the TV), the sound of the speakers its a little low that the normal but compensates by having front speakers. But it's better that you buy a cover to protect the back and the screen from schatches

The battery is average on the s6 but everything else has no competition. As you can tell I do own the s6 edge and also z3c also iPhone 5s. I am not dissing my z3c at all it is a great phone but I know what is true and false. I like my tech...

i'm using Z3 compact since form Dec-2014
last week my phone getting switch-off automatically when phone not in use (even the battery is more than 30 %)(twice in last week)
after that i switched-on the phone and used it..
Now yesterday afternoon the phone got switched-off automatically when phone not in use(even the battery is more than 60 %) again i switched on and used it and yesterday evening the phone got switched off and not getting SWITCH-ON... I try to charge it.. there is no symptoms charging...

i had Sony z3 compact and after 8 months use i jumped to Samsung s6 edge but due bad wifi reception,battery life and bad camera quality in samsung i gone back to Sony z3 compact which is ultimate phone ,very handy,looong battery back up and perfect camera,,,Sony is always heavy on samsung GARBAGE....
